sorry but still haven't received my order and when sent email they replied to one but not any other ! had no update as of yet and it has now been 10 days and still waiting. This back order stuff should have been said at checkout not by me having to chase company to find out what is going on.

The flightcase is absolutely great. The build quality is excellent and it was delivered it on the date I asked for it.

Purchased a total of 4 custom flight cases from these guys, they took on board all my requirements in detail and delivered promptly.

I have a custom made guitar pedal board and needed a flight case for it. A friend had bought a flight case from FCC last year and was extremely impressed with it. I looked at his case and liked the build quality and durability of it too...my friend is quite tough on his gear - he's had this case for most of a year now, it's seen a lot of knocks and bangs but is still structurally sound. On the strength of this, I decided to order a case from FCC. I went on their website, measured my pedal board and it matched the internal dimensions stated for the GB03 case - so I ordered it!!

I got a very nice email back apologising that the GB03, which is usually an off the shelf item, was not in stock, so they were going to build me a custom case to honour my order. I was very happy with this response and looked forward to my custom built case, which I was advised would be a better quality case than the off the shelf ones.

I had to chase for delivery on the case twice, and just received a response to the first of my emails, no response to the second one, but the case did arrive the next day after I sent the second email, although to the wrong address. I'd stated my mother in law's address as delivery address, as I'm always at work, but the case was despatched to my home address. Thankfully my neighbours were in to accept the delivery on my behalf. However, when the case did eventually arrive, I was delighted with it. I compared it with my friend's case and it was indeed a higher quality case - the hardware seemed a better quality and certain parts of the hardware, e.g. the butterfly catches, were actually brand-named. Only one problem....the case was too big for my pedal board!!

I went back on to FCC's website to verify the dimensions and after a bit of searching around the website I found that the dimensions of the GB02 case were stated on the GB03 page! A GB02 case would have suited my needs better than the GB03 which I ordered and received. However, I decided to keep the case as it was so good quality - and I could put more gear in it!!

I did a bit more searching and found a few more errors on some product description pages. I emailed FCC to advise them of these errors on their website and to suggest that they fixed them, so no other customers were given the wrong information to influence their choice of case to purchase. I again received no response to my email...

To recap - the case is excellent quality, I'm extremely happy with it, even though it was too big due to the wrong information on FCC's website. The information on the website needs corrected if not already done so and an improvement in communication with the customers is very necessary. With these few improvements, FCC would definitely be a '5 star' company to deal with.

I contacted the Flight Case Company by phone after searching on the net for a good, reliable, British manufacturer of flight cases. I have an Orange Thunderverb 200 head which has made the rounds gig-wise. It's a heavy amp, and I needed a case that would not only take the weight, but also stand the wear and tear of a real tour. What I got was exactly what I needed and wanted. Superb quality, the most rugged catches and castors, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering any and all future case requirements from these guys. Good price, great service, fast delivery. Highly recommended.

I live in Alabama, USA. I ordered my Vox AC30HW2 flightcase and within 14 business days it arrived on my doorsteps from Great Britain in perfect condition. I love this case! Sturdy, supportive and looks awesome. I will def be buying from The Flight Case Co. again.

I've bought three amp cases from the company in the last two and a half years, and just ordered another. The first case was too small for the amp ( a Fender Custom Vibrolux Reverb) as the dimensions were taken from Fender's website, and would you believe, they don't add on the measurements for the rubber feet, the corner protectors or the top carrying handle! I got on the phone to Mark at The Flight Case Company, and he arranged for the case to be picked up by courier and sent back. The replacement (right size this time) arrived in about a week and fit like a glove! The next amp was for a Cornford Hurricane, and this arrived in about a week and was a perfect fit. The third case was ordered for a Fender Super Sonic 22 combo and when this arrived, we fitted it to the amp immediately before the delivery guy left and found that it was too small. I got straight on the phone and spoke to Mark who instructed the courier to return it immediately. Turned out that the wrong case had been dispatched from the factory, but the replacement arrived within a couple of days and was spot on!
The build quality is fabulous and the amps are well protected so no complaints on that score. Despite the messing about with the two Fender cases, the service has been courteous and prompt, on the understanding that the case are made to order, so you can't expect overnight delivery. As I said, I'm certainly happy enough to have placed an order for another case within the last couple of days.

Flight Case (27" iMac) is Fantastic. Everything about the case just screams high quality production, have used plenty of times already and couldn't be happier. I was unsure at first as there are much cheaper cases on the market, but for that bit extra there is a clear difference in quality.

Delivery - 2/5
Tracking number did not work, and never did, despite contacting company multiple times (courier and business). No clear information regarding delivery - when I requested information regarding my order over the phone, no one really knew anything about it and just said will dispatch in 5/7 days (after 4 days) - Eventually took 9 days to receive, which is absolutely fine considering they build on demand - However would have been nice to know roughly when I needed to be in the house to collect, had to stay in for 3 days in case it arrived.

Overall a Great product and decent customer service - However could do with developing Delivery process, also to be more helpful when information is requested about delivery (did not feel personal, just another number to them)
Would Recommend.

Ummed and arrgghhed about which size pedalboard to buy then had a couple of drinks and bought the biggest one. Totally satisfied. Great bit of kit. And if I don't 'grow' into it I could probably move into it. Wouldn't let it go though. Cheers!!! L

I ordered a pedalboard and was told it would be next day delivery, the actual delivery was around 2 weeks later.

Despite this I was happy with the service provided as the company were contactable by email and gave concise answers as to the progress of my order. I will be ordering again with them!

I bought i imac travel case from theflightcasecompany.com and i could not be more happy. I live in Greece and I got the case even faster than I would expect If I had bought it from Greece.
In addition the store helped me out from a mix up that I had caused, thanks alot.

If you want flightcases I'd recommend The Flightcase Company or Swan Flightcases.I opted to buy my CDJ Cases from TFC & wasn't disappointed.The cases I bought were excellent in quality & cheaper than the Swan option. Only downside is TFC didn't have the colour option that Swan offer.

On this occasion though I was happy with black cases.

Delivery was speedy & the CDJ's fit perfectly.

I would use them again,so check em' out!
