The water fountain bowl itself works great and is an awesome size although it seems too thin to be double walled and doesn’t keep water as cold as other double walled bowls I’ve used (and this one has a lid so it should keep cooler!) Shipping was also very, very slow (took about 3 weeks!). I also purchased a spare battery to charge while the other battery is in the bowl which I find very handy! Overall the bowl is good although I would never pay full price especially knowing it doesn’t keep water cool as much as my other dog bowls.

Great product, dogs love it and refuse to drink from their old bowl when the Flowzy is charging

We purchased the smaller Flowzy then stepped up to the 7.2 litre Flowzy and our Dogs couldn’t be happier. Fresh running water and also chilled just how our dogs like it.

Flowzy is great. Easy to assemble and has stopped the slipping hazard created by our Golden using a traditional water bowl. took longer to arrive than expected.

Dangerously sharp edge where water drains. Multiple refund request and no response from the company. Ships from China so takes very long time to receive.

This company is committing fraud and getting away with it. It is not 100% owned and operated as it is drop-shipping from China. Express shipping from China is not 4-7 days as clearly written on their website. I am still trying to get refund when product arrives from China and this corrupt company is making me pay for return shipping after they falsely advertise! Stay away at all costs. There are far more ethical retailers that are upfront before purchase. This is a consumer nightmare!! Tricks used to avoid refund are discounts of first 25%, then 30%, then 65% which I refused because this apparent “Australian owned company” is not ethical. I will never get the time I wasted in dealing with them back and probably not my Money either!!

Received the flowzy in early December. First pump died in mid-December, a replacement was sent, which has also died. Neither will hold a battery charge, rendering the Flowzy useless.
3 emails sent over the past week have been ignored.

This is the biggest scam going. This is not manufactured in Australia and you’ll be waiting 2-3 weeks for this to be even packaged in china. Disgusting customer service with a bot. Don’t waste your time

My 14 month old Cavoodle, refused to use the Flowzy. The running water scared her. The team reassured me that a patient approach may work. I was impressed by their concern and encouragement.
My friend"s Schnauzer, exactly the same age, enjoyed the Flowzy immensely.

We haven't received the product yet but I wanted to let others know that despite being advertised as Australian owned, it is being sent from China.

This means that 3-5 day shipping is definitely not possible. It took 11 days for it to be packaged.

This also means it is not Australian made.

I was soooo looking forward to my Flowsy drinking bowl as I don’t think my greyhound drinks much at all compared to others. He’s been happy enough using it- not clear whether this older pup IS drinking more. My concern is this- we bought 2 bowls. One wants the filter changed very often & the other seems more reasonable- However once changed- the ‘change filter ‘ button continues to flash. At $10 a filter… this is mega disappointing 😩
Probably NOT worth the price tag in my opinion.

2 words said a million time “LUV IT” Ned is drinking more … no more yellow pee spots on the lawn … happy family .. thanks Flowzy 🥰 My sister came to visit and was so impressed she got one for her Grandfurson 💕

Definitely recommend the Flowzy 1000000 times over … peace of mind that Neddy is healthy and hydrated 🥰
