If I could zero stars I would.
The biggest proof that the negative reviews are real is that the company hasn’t reached out to single person on here offering to help.
The company and product are a scam. Literally a dropshipping company shipping everything from China when they claim “12 business days” and promote themselves as an Aussie company.
I ordered my unit, and a mat, on the 2nd of January and as of January 30? Nothing. I message support and I get some dumb (clearly AI bot) response that uses a stupid amount of dog puns. Last update from the company they use for shipping, that doesn’t allow me to track anything, was it’s left Brisbane, for Townsville on January 17. It’s now January 30th. That’s a 13 hour drive for anyone. I’ll allow that delivery companies need to make stops. But did the unit go back the China to see its family before it’s finally ready to ship? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Nothing adds up.

Flowzy could do what it states on its website - be helpful. Easy contact, that has not happened. Easy returns, has not happened.
Order was well beyond delivery date, tried to contact Flowzy, nothing. Cancelled order and asked for a refund, nothing. Began the process with PayPal, finally a response. Have been engulfed in platitudes and emojis since but nothing real. Order has arrived and is sitting there waiting to be returned. Was offered a 30% discount to keep it, then 50% discount talk about bribery! Just want to send item back and get a refund! Unless you have lots of time to spare seeking satisfaction from this company, go elsewhere. They do not appear to have any integrity.

Pump works when first purchased, stopped charging after a few days of use. Works when plugged in but stops working meaning the battery is likely dead, quite common for cheap products from China.

Tried contacting the support team and got request after request to show videos of the pump not working, even after sending videos through still got more requests of showing more footage.

Do yourself a favour and look at another product, this one will not last and the guarantee/aftercare is a waste of time

My order finally arrived after three weeks. I unboxed it and began to charge the power pack when I noticed the top panel section of the power pack was missing. I completed a warranty claim (as insisted by their chat) and emailed support. Three times. They replied to my first email with all manner of warm apology and an emoji, telling me that my case would be prioritised, and they would get back to me as soon as possible with a solution so I can have a fully functioning power pack. I have heard nothing since. I'm now being ghosted. This is pretty clearly a shonky drop-shipper from China, and I dispute that it is an Aussie-run company - unless it is run by scammers. I am also dubious about the number of positive reviews on their website - obviously fake - and even here on Trustpilot. That seems to be $210 down the drain. DO NOT purchase this product from this company

Been about a month since ordered.
No communication, since I ordered I found many people have all got the same complaint ordered and no item, and no communication.
This is not an Australian Company, it’s Chinese it’s definitely not fast shipping.

My senior dog kept dehydrating last year. She is raw and cooked fed so we don't see her drinking a lot anyway, not like a kibble fed dog. Research led me to buy the Flowzy, all 3 of our dogs love it, they all drink more and Athena hasn't been dehydrated this summer. They will even tell us when it needs refilling, they sit by it and refuse to drink out of their previous favourite ceramic bowl. The battery lasts at least a week, we have it set to motion detection. The filters clearly remove gunk. We have even taken it on holidays with us.

Quick delivery, easy set up and my dog loves drinking the fresh, filtered water!

I was wary at first but now I’ve got it and my Staffy uses it (he used to be scared of running water) I can confirm it was worth every cent!

I have had trouble obtaining replacement filters. I had ordered extra with the fountain and they were never shipped. I re-ordered again and still no shipment. What is going on? Without the filter replacement I need to go with another pet fountain altogether.

Bowl works really well, and is made from high quality materials. It was easy to put together, and I like the proximity sensor feature, which turns on the flow when pets approach the bowl, saving battery life. I do think a pretty big miss in the design is the lack of a water-level indicator. You have absolutely no idea how much water remains in the bowl, and are forced to remove the top over and over to check. Inevitably water spills, and it's just generally annoying. We live in a hot climate, and a fresh supply of water is a must. This just makes the upkeep of that a little stressful.

Shell company from Australia dropshipping items from china AND 4x the price.

Wouldn't be a problem if they were transparent about where the stock was coming from and communicated like real people but instead they claim to have your "Australian stock" be delivered within 6 days and the off chance they reply, it's with "Jaice's" chatgpt personality.

They've deleted all the comments complaining on their social media.
They've refused to be accountable.
IF they reply to your email, it'll be a bunch of generic crap but it's got all the animal emojis to keep it casual and friendly, right?

Their websites review system isn't genuine. They approve every review that shows on their website, hence why you won't see anyone saying these things.
And it's designed that way for a reason....

The fact that there's 4.1 stars on trust pilot actually makes me wonder about trust pilot allowing companies to manage reviews..

That or people just no longer have the energy to write about it because they've wasted all their energy with this company.

I purchased a fountain in October... I immediately charged it as per instructions and it would not work..... I immediately contacted you to advise and requested a refund.... you have made me send several videos of the unit you have finally admitted there was a bad batch.... I have repeatedly asked for my money back as you promised a 90 day money back guarantee.... you have now been ignoring my emails.

I have asked in excess of 40 email and Facebook messages for a return address and to have my hard working money returned for an item that has never ever worked.... I have attached a message from Leen advising there was a faulty batch..... I want my money back......

I still haven't received my fountain after weeks of waiting and when I emailed to follow up, they responded saying someone would get back to me and they never did. I'm constantly having to chase this and when I go to the tracking department it still states waiting to be picked up by carrier.
I'm will update my review when I am either refunded or receive my water fountain.

Still haven’t received my order that I purchased on 22/12/25 or at the very least a confirmation of order. I have reached out on Facebook, Instagram and email with no help. The few times they have replied they used stalling tactics and state they will “look into it” followed by no resolve or update. Myself and others who are in the same boat have left comments on their posts trying to get a response - they keep deleting the comments while posting as usual on social media and continuing to ignore us. Wish I would have looked at non paid reviews on other websites before purchasing - don’t believe all the paid reviews on the website.
Hoping my refund is prompt now that I have had to get other parties involved which I didn’t want it to come to.
If they were experiencing delays or distribution issues and simply communicated that I would have been understanding - But ignoring messages while deleting all comments from concerned customers is seriously dodgy behaviour that makes it impossible to continue giving them the benefit of the doubt!

This company is 100% a scam. I am yet to receive the product after 15 days and it looks to have been shipped from China even though the website claims to be Australian owned. They delete comments from their facebook page from customers who have not received orders and those who have faulty products with no customer service provided. Buyer beware, do your research and do not purchase from this website!

Item was delivered in a timely manner and received undamaged. Instructions were clear and concise and after charging it fully was quickly in use with our labrador and kelpie who needed no introduction to it, straight and started drinking from it.

My parcel was stolen and they are refusing to replace it do NOT support this business under the consumer act of 2015 they are required to replace it.

Worked great for the first few weeks. Started having issues with the pump when it came to it's third charge. First it wouldn't hold charge and not long after died completely even when plugged in.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Slow response times, if they respond at all, and the AI chat bot is no help. Almost a week now and I have heard nothing back from emails or the warranty claim. Will probably end up doing a chargeback through my bank.

Water in the bowl still often ends up dirty, despite the water on top appearing clean, so it still needs to be cleaned daily.

While Flowzy may be Aussie owned, it is not Aussie made, so don't be fooled. It ships from China and made on the cheap. Probably why so many reports of faults with the pump in reviews. Pretty sure a lot of the reviews on their site are also fake or at least heavily filtered to remove negative ones.

Shame as I do think it is a good idea and my dogs did enjoy it while it worked.

I was sceptical of the hype that your dog will drink more, but my vizsla truly does. We had one of those gravity feed bowls that lasted a while between filling. But it did because the water just sits there, with no flow and it became a bird bath, no wonder it lasted a while between refills - which also meant my deck was full of bird poop. The shallowness of the flowzy means no birds, fresher water and a happier dog and owner! An awesome product.
