Having read of someone else's poor experience with this Company of a year ago, I wanted to say that I have had a perfectly good service. I have placed two orders, one only a week before Christmas, and both arrived promptly.
No one is infallible so even though my order was placed & monies taken & no sign of order a week later this could be forgiven! however I then started emailing looking for tracking number that was blank in email. 5 Emails later & no response I emailed & rang to discover 2 days before xmas that the order was not processed & they would refund my money but this would not happen until wed 28th Dec & Luke who was dealing with issue assured me that he would liaise with accounts & call me to which true to form from this diabolical company he never did. Now almost 4 weeks after placing order i still await a refund.
