Pretty Good Experience
Wanted to order a petrol lawnmower, but the delivery postcode threw up a charge when there shouldn't have been one. Contacted customer support who quickly rectified the issue. Placed my order, and received the mower in perfect condition quite quickly, with good tracking information. Mower is a good strong budget petrol mower with a B&S engine. Hopefully, it will last years with regular maintenance. Would definitely consider buying again from this retailer, although they confirmed they are not a Honda dealer, so I may have to go elsewhere when I replace my ageing ride-on mower.

Arrived 4 days late. Fed Ex wouldn’t leave even though no signature required. Missed 3 days of great recovery weather as couldn’t scarify on Monday. Furious.

Never heard of Green Reaper before and did some research prior to purchasing. I found the website easy to use and locate the hedge trimmer I wanted. Delivered as stated with everything present and correct. Will have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again. The product was priced well and have already used it once with good results for my garden.
