Bought a leaf blower and vacuum. Run time on max strength 10-12 mins. Wholly unsuitable for medium sized garden. Customer service refused return as said has now been used. Not great.

The run times for this product are clearly stated on our website. Higher amp hour batteries are available to purchase which would extend the run times.

Very disappointed with communication
I placed an order that said 3 to 4 days delivery then after a week I called and the parcel hadn't been dispatched and no one knew why.
Then I was told someone would update me after the phone call then nothing.
I received the parcel eventually.
Will not be using anymore!

Pretty Good Experience
Wanted to order a petrol lawnmower, but the delivery postcode threw up a charge when there shouldn't have been one. Contacted customer support who quickly rectified the issue. Placed my order, and received the mower in perfect condition quite quickly, with good tracking information. Mower is a good strong budget petrol mower with a B&S engine. Hopefully, it will last years with regular maintenance. Would definitely consider buying again from this retailer, although they confirmed they are not a Honda dealer, so I may have to go elsewhere when I replace my ageing ride-on mower.
