Terrible service - missing order

Terrible service, ordered off their site, i didnt receive my parcel, got told i would have a refund, then got told its being looked into, have chased a week straight and no response, only an email to say they are now closing

It's my first time buying from them

It's my first time buying from them, and I haven't received the items for more than one month. I tried to contact them in all ways and received no responses to solve the problems. They don't have a direct number as they put on their website, and no emails to be reached. I only once got a response, and that said. I won't recommend such a store with such a customer service style.

I like the nicely wrapped and packed…

I like the nicely wrapped and packed clothes. Quite fast delivery, the only thing what I don't like, why are they separate the order and sending it 2 different box, different days?

Frustrating Customer Service for Defective item

I have an item with a manufacturing defect that I want replacing and have tried contacting you a second time after the response I received just told me how to upload an image - which I had already done in my first contact.

Returns - charged!

Placed order for next day delivery, found cheaper option so tried to cancel within an hour. Went on the order portal, it said items you are trying to cancel are not available. Emailed customer service, they replied end of next day saying order was despatched so there’s nothing they can do - no surprise with such speed of replies. Now trying to boor return of the item they charged me £2.99! So not only did I pay next day delivery charge I also had to pay for a return simply because cancellations on their portal do not work. Let’s see how the return goes, but I would suggest to be careful and only order what you want 100% or you’ll end up paying even more.

Excellent service

Wide selection of quality clothing at reasonable price. I ordered a barbour jacket which arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately it was too large but the return process was quite straightforward.

Great experience have ordered again!

I recently purchased a Coach Tote bag which was my first order from The Hut. The bag was a fantastic price and only took a couple of days to arrive. I have just purchased a second one the next size up as I was so impressed with the quality of the bag and I wanted to take advantage of the discount.

I’d give them less if I could

I’d give them less if I could ! Twice now the second time today I have received trainers that are odd , both the same brand but two different styles in odd feet ..last time it took 3 weeks to get a replacement and this time no refund until they have them back which takes almost 2 weeks as they have to check them etc . How on earth does a company this big not open a box and just visually check what they are doing ! Both times I’ve ordered I’ve ordered with the intention of wearing them on a particular date and yet again that’s not going to happen ! To say I’m infuriated isn’t even close , I honestly believed last time was a small mishap but now it’s clear that it’s a frequent event . I’ll never be ordering from them again

Once unpackaged the centre rails were bent however my husband managed to straighten them - not perfect but ok .

Barbour coat

I purchased this coat in August and when it arrived we noticed the coat didn't have the Barbour logo on it sleeve, so i contacted customer service to see if this was a genuine Barbour coat, and with many emails back and forth and I lost count of the amount of times they have asked for pics of coat showing that there was no Logo on sleeve, and when you go onto the Barbour website it clearly shows the logo on the sleeve and the one on The Hut website doesn't have a Barbour logo on it, so i question The Hut to see if this wss a genuine Barbour coat and they wouldn't give me a honest answer and all the kept asking for was pics of coat, and they also offered me a 10% refund on the coat but I refused as i feel it was a insult to me because they wouldn't give me the truth on the coat, and just wanted to cover it up, so please be careful when ordering from this website to make sure you are getting genuine item of clothing..
