Excellent. Nothing to fault.

I would give a strong review, as I actually like their stuff, however, I have been let down by the delivery service they use.

Idle Man uses Yodel, who is a nightmare to deal with. They missed my delivery and was impossible to get a hold of, don't get me started on their web chat, awful service. At the rate of their incompetence, I would have received my item next month.

Please Idle Man, change your delivery service. My order number was ORDER S256524.

A good service offering good deals on sale items.

Already reviewed this horrendous company but yet decided to use them again (as they gave me a discount code to use) - wish I hadn't have bothered! Sizing a joke - a large cord jacket (I am usually a medium) came and it looked like it would fit a 10 year old girl!

Sent back along with a tshirt and today the refund has come through for the tshirt only - funny how they've only received the cheaper item when they were both in the same package! They'll no doubt be clinging onto every £ they can - how this lot can still be trading is beyond me.

They have an online money claim coming their way first thing tomorrow anyway as quite frankly I'm sick and tired of having to contact them. Each and every time it has been an absolute riot.

I would urge everyone to AVOID like the plague!

Idle man brand shorts sizing was not accurate to most other brands. I am always a 32 and their branded shorts were far too small in 32. Bit annoying particularly when you've bought internationally, not worth returning due to shipping costs

First of all their own brand staff is awesome; my Idle Man jeans are some of the comfiest I've owned. They also have a fantastic selection of menswear and accessories for the guy who wants something a bit more special than the usual ASOS/other online menswear garb.
Fast delivery too - it's just a shame their shop in Clerkenwell shut down.

Items sent appear used and faulty

The customer service is dire, continued promises of a refund, it’s issued one week apparently then not the next.... continued delays and contact from customer services gets shorter and more brief. Avoid this company, they blame in on an apparent merger with Oasis / Warehouse

Awful!

Currently still waiting for a refund on an item returned 3 weeks ago. Have contacted them twice and had no response. NOT impressed and will not be using again.

Waiting a month for some trainers, they keep saying that they've resent them, however dpd has shown me that they've not actually sent the goods.

I've waited in multiple days when they've promised to deliver, but had no explanation of what's going on. Frustrating when other people are trying to rely on you while you're being messed about.

I still have not received the refund for my returned bought items over 30 days ago.

Customer service is Absolutely abysmal - Avoid ordering from at all costs.

Clothes sizing is also all over the shop, so you definitely have to send stuff back.

I guess they are just looking for forgetful people to CASH in on.

Awful, AWFUL customer service. Returned items on Aug 9 and it is now Sept 12 and I haven’t received my refund. Items show delivered on 22 Aug and customer service (via email as it is the only form of communication they have, come on it’s 2019) isn’t any help. I sent them all the information they requested via their directions and nothing. I requested other forms of communication and they stopped responding to emails then. I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back. I HIGHLY recommend you do not purchase anything from this company, the sizing is so far off you have to return items and then they never give you your money back.
