I ordered ear drop

I ordered ear drop, whilst waiting i found out I developed Trigeminal Neuropathy, therefore teardrop wasn't needed, so I contacted TIP, to cancel order as it was still in process.

Item was dispatched after 2 request to cancel order, complete useless mob.

Worst online pharmacy in uk

Worst online pharmacy in uk. No correct advisory on requested support now for third time. Will never use this one again.

After missing support by Independent Pharmacy, I ordered at a different online pharmacy and got quality support within 2hours.

Terrible avoid them

Website easy to use
ID checker they use bloody terrible!!!
Four attempts and despite being accepted they’re now useless customer service keep telling me photos are blurry.
Camera is spot on and nothing wrong with it.
They refuse to help, refuse to support you.

Buy elsewhere as they still haven’t resolved this issue and are now refusing to refund me. I’m about to go through my credit card to get my money back.

I’ve used them for months - nearly a year actually due to how helpful and easy they were to deal with. Gone South is an understatement!!

Just to add they posted this the same minute they asked for more info, if they’d done an outlook search they would see who it is, I don’t want help as you cancelled my order quickly enough and failed to pick up the phone. I’d rather use ANYONE but you, and I hope others take my review in board!!!

I was sceptical about buying this…

I was sceptical about buying this product as I have tried loads of different products but after researching I came across this and I must say this is definitely the best product I’ve bought I suffer from aging skin therefore the slightest knock causes hematoma this cream helps them fade within a week some take longer depending how bad they are would definitely buy again

Excellent service!
They had exactly what i needed and was able to order it with the minimal of fuss. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time and neatly packaged. Absolutely brilliant! Will definately order from them again.
