I visited the store for help with my old i-phone. These guys are amazing. They're really knowledgeable, approachable and so helpful - just a great and welcome customer experience. I genuinely cannot praise them more highly.

It took 15 days to diagnose the issue. They just cleaned my Mac, but charged me £100. My friend told me that he can help me and the price is absolutely unreasonable. I will not go here again. Frightening!

These guys are amazing. Went in for emergency hardware replacement on MBP and they were very accommodating and efficient service. Will be coming back again to support.

After a very disappointing and long wait at the Apple Store in Kingston (with their not so genius staff who claim my computer is now vintage and refused to even look at it!) at my wits end I looked up where could help me with a repair on my MacBook. Thankfully I found this amazing place, I was so relieved. Worrying that all my photos and data would be completely lost this place saved the day! Not only did they recover my data from the broken MacBook, they transferred the data (in 24hrs) onto a pre owned iMac which I bought from them and took my broken MacBook in part exchange. Fabulous service and fantastic staff! I will definitely be returning to them with my sons broken iPad and iPhone for screen repairs! Thank you!!!

Always find the staff helpful and friendly. This visit was just for an iPhone screen cover but whatever you need they are always there with advice. Would definitely recommend them for anything Apple related.

I went in because my charging port on my iPhone wasn't working properly. He simply got some tweezers and took out the lint. He did not charge me anything, so obviously I was glad for that. Cheers!!

Fantastic people to deal with. Screen on our Apple MacBook Air had failed. Following a phone call to IT Store one Friday, took the device into the store . Fault confirmed and a replacement screen fitted in a couple of hours. I collected the laptop next morning. A very happy customer. Service is beyond excellent. Thank you.

Had hard drive issue when upgrading my iMac OS. From my first call to IT Store to enquire about help, to how I was dealt with in shop and throughout recovery process I can't compliment them enough. Dealt with three different employees from phone enquiry to drop off and pick up and all three were very professional and great to deal with. I needed a new battery for my Macbook Air and a screen replacement for my iPhone 6s. Helpful advice was given and prompt service.

The IT Store was recommended by two people. Never knew the store existed but so pleased we visited! Excellent service, so friendly and helpfuL, and the pricing was more than competitive.
Had a iPhone 8 battery replacement, screen protector to new iPad Air 2022 and bought lovely case for same.
Now considering one of their laptops!

I came for a battery replacement and the guys at the iT store were incredibly professional and offered thorough explanation of what was going on and were very transparent with the prices and quick to fix everything.
Would highly recommend them
