Super quick

Brought in a dashcam with a stuck sd card, and asked whether they would be able to open it up and remove it for me.

The technician that did it, Ollie, completed it really quickly (less than 2 minutes).

Avoid at all costs

I have used the IT Store for more than 10 years and previously found their services reliable, informed and competitive. I've also recommended them to lots of people.

However I bought a Macbook and monitor in December '25 and have been shocked at the lack of customer service. The monitor was faulty and had to be returned.

The monitor was dropped into the store on 20/4/26 but there has been no communication from them. I have resorted to ringing the store every 2-3 days to get an update and then chasing a refund. The staff are always really polite but the refund has never been made.

I've not had a single response to an email. Funnily enough all emails regarding the sale in December were replied to very quickly. I have found the entire process unbelievably stressful. I will never use the shop again and wouldn't ever recommend them. It's not worth it if something goes wrong.

Excellent

I went to the store last Saturday with a email problem with mi iPhone. The issue us was solved in a few minutes. Staff were polite friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Appalling customer service

Left my iPad with them on a Friday and paid a £40 deposit. Called them twice with a promise they would call back ,never did. Went to the shop on the second Saturday that they had my iPad to be told yet again that the guy who needs to look at it was only in on Fridays and Saturdays and they would get him to have a look when he came in two days time. This was the third time I had been told this. I also also went in there on Saturday and complained that in eight days no one had called me to let me know what was happening regarding the repair. He told me he had put a urgent message for them to ring me on Monday to give me an update and no yet again no phone call materialised. So hence on Wednesday the 12th day of no contact from them I went back to the shop to be greeted with a guy who just picked at his fingers whilst giving me the same excuse ,the guy was not in to Friday ! But this would have been the third Friday for him to look at it. Why had he not looked the previous two weekends , no real answer to my question. Hence I got my iPad back in the same condition as I had left it with them for twelve days and they kept the £40 deposit. I knew that it had liquid damage but after twelve days I would expect a call to say yes or no to if was repairable or not.
So I basically paid £40 for my iPad to sit in their shop for twelve days. Not once did they call me with any diagnosis or updates . I would give them no stars if I could . I was informed that if they could not repair my iPad the £40 would be deducted if I brought a refurbished iPad from them. No chance at all their iPads are far more expensive then elsewhere and with the service I did not get from them I would not touch them with a barge pole. Worst customer service I have ever come across.

Amazing professional service

Amazing professional service. A very professional young man removed a broken head phone jack from my iPad sound port today. It was wedged in and he used several different tools and was determined to remove it. It was such a relief and the sound now works perfectly. Thank you.

What a delightful experience to be…

What a delightful experience to be attended to by a young man with an excellent attitude, incredibly knowledgeable and genuine helpfulness. I popped in to the store with a faulty MAC book charger. Old style magnetic charger. The guys immediately came to me with a replacement at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be more happy. Great work guys. A big thank you from the Scottish money man lol.

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service! The team provided excellent customer care—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The screen repair was completed quickly and to a high standard, all at a very reasonable price. I’m really impressed with the quality of the work and the added peace of mind from the guarantee they offer. Overall, a great experience—I’m very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a phone repair.

Very good Store

The staff are knowledgeable and sorted out our computer storage problems.
It’s very helpful that follow up advice can be sought by phone.
New and second hand equipment can be purchased and set up.
We recommend this iT Store to others.

Excellent customer service and skilled technicians

We had an excellent experience with The iT store Canterbury, and I can’t speak highly enough of their service. Oliver was the technician who helped us, and he was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable.

He fixed the water damage on our Mac computer quickly and efficiently, with no fuss at all. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Oliver called exactly when he said he would and got the job done faster than we expected. It’s rare to find that kind of reliability these days!

If you’re looking for IT support you can trust, I’d highly recommend the iT store Canterbury — especially if you get the chance to work with Oliver. We’ll definitely be turning to them again in the future.
