I like it when everything that I order comes by delivery as per order, but lately sometimes the delivery is short, and other deliveries are over, not what I ordered, and I find it very hard to send back coverages. I am doing this right now

My first order was though Facebook for a set of dinosaur coins, that never arrived. After several months and still no coins i received reimbursement but only after being told to be patient and several months later. My second purchase was on the official site and that was an experience, have my first 3 ordered canceled minutes after placing them. Each explanation the same, something to do with what I wanted to purchase. Very strange experience. I finally figured out just because they have an item for sale doesn't mean you can purchase it! I understand that your able to purchase 1 coin from a series at a low cost but that commits you into a monthly obligation at a much higher price . I felt it was worth joining with one series that I liked, but within 3 weeks my card was charged and the next coin already getting ready to ship. Its to fast between turnaround. The coins I received are very nice, quality and shipping were no issues.
