I had an issue where I couldn’t access my subscription to cancel it.
Initially there was an AI email or two and then it directed me to an actual person once it had gathered the details of my issue.
Then I was refunded and my subscription cancelled on my behalf.

Very bad customer service.
No replies to emails.
It clearly states on their website that if you sign up to their mailing list you get free delivery with no minimum charge.
I tried to purchase a free coin, and was slapped with a delivery charge on checkout.
As advised above, I tried to email customer services with no reply.
Not only are they falsely advertising , they are tempting people to sign up to their mailing lists. And not replying to emails.
This has been reported to the ASA and Trading Standards this evening
