No good

No good, very bad. I did my enrollment but they never put me on the course, I call they never told me what happened with the marketing course.
Is only a terrible company and wastes the time of the customers—this company has no respect for people.

Time loop:-)

I had read about one of their online courses which was perfect for me, I applied and they replied the next day asking me for information such as age at the poste code and other things, I replied and in the following days, we spoke with other emails, the last one was about my certificates, I'll send them to them (I don't even want to say that I told them I was willing to do an assessment to understand my level, and they didn't even reply to me Haha) ok I'll send the certificates by email and I asked if they could send me details about the course and if they confirmed to me that in the end I would have a guaranteed interview as per the announcement, well the next email was supposed to be about these requests, but incredibly it sends me the first email asking me my age, poste code etc ahhaha I replied asking to forget it because if we are at these levels before we even start, I don't even want to think about what could happen to me afterwards, maybe the tutors and the rest of the staff will be professional, but I'll never know.

my experience

I was put on a leadership course by my manager and the tutor I had was supportive and lessons were good. However when it came to handing in the final assessment I was only given 1 week to complete the task where as the other assignments I had about a month to complete we missed the last session due to the covid pandemic so did not complete the training and the light bulb gave me no support or follow up after they returned to business. Very disappointing and i would not recommend them. I am however about to do a course that i originally signed up for so I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt hopefully this time they will be more supportive.
