These Teas are the absolute best and just what I was looking for. I recently had a mix up with my order and they were right on top of it when I reached out about it, a new order was sent out immediately no questions asked. Prompt and Polite, Great customer service!

I ordered the 20 pack and then 4 add on. I received my Loaded teas and the add on was wrong. I sent a message and they responded so fast and said they would make it right. I didn't expect that. I was surprised. I alkali tried one and it is so good. I love it. I'd rather have it than one of the $12 ones. Thank you so much and I highly recommend. My best friend is ordering her and her daughter some.

I received a second order and a couple of the packets were damp. They were sealed so not sure why. I reached out to the Loaded Tea. They were immediately responding and sent me a new order. I’m impressed with their customer service. It’s hard to find this kind of service these days. I recommend trying the loaded tea. The flavors are so good!

I have never tasted anything like it. It's sweet delicious taste has me telling everyone I know about it every day. It's good for me too? I have drank it every day for 5 months now and stopped drinking coffee. It's also great for my gut on my GLP-1. Amen for this drink!

Four packets of my tea were not up to par on my first order, customer service replied quickly and replaced my order within 24 hours I ordered a bunch of packets and I've only tried a happy camper so far and it's amazing so I imagine all the rest are going to be delicious too. Update, day 5 and every flavor has been fantastic. I make them with 64 oz of water because the flavor is strong and I prefer a lighter flavor but I definitely drink more water

I have loved each and every single tea flavor packet I've ordered! I can't wait to bring these to campus with me and show them to all of my peers! They have definitely helped me save TONS of money!!

The flavors are great! My only issue is the overwhelming sweetness. I diluted them but they are still too sweet and then the flavors dilute as well. Customer service regarding returns was fantastic and top notch! I will def buy from them again if they remove the sweeteners.

I placed an order for the new Rocket Pop Loaded Tea because I wanted to try the new flavor with collagen and protein and because The Loaded Tea Shop provides a meal to a Veteran for each packed purchased. When I placed my order I forgot to enter my promo code 2FREETEA. I reached out to The Loaded Tea Shop to see if they would apply the credit to my order. The order was already placed so they were kind enough to send me an extra two packets of Rocket Pop to make up for my error. This means two more free meals to a Veteran who needs it. This tea is delicious. I highly recommend. When you want something that is not caffeinated or a soda, this is ideal.

I am a 62 year old woman working two jobs and recovering from knee surgery. Loaded teas give me the hydration I need without ingredients I don't need. The caffeine free are my absolute favorite.

I've been using Zipp Fizz for about a year whenever I needed an extra boost of energy, so when I saw this product advertised, I decided to give it a try. After just four days, I can already tell a noticeable difference.

I usually hit a wall around 2–3 p.m., feeling tired and struggling to get through the last few hours of work. Since starting this, that afternoon slump has completely disappeared. I feel energized throughout the day, and one of the biggest benefits has been the lack of brain fog. I've also noticed I'm not nearly as bloated as I normally am.

I would recommend this tea shop any day! I love the tea because the natural caffeine gets me started in the mornings and doesn't give me a crash in couple of hours. The Caffiene-free tea is very good also for me. If I miss my morning energy tea, I drink the non-caffiene type. The tea is very good all around! Great company, customer service amazing!

Since I started drinking the loaded teas from The Loaded Tea Shop I have felt so much better. I feel energized without the jitteriness/increased anxiety of other loaded teas. I also have less bloated feelings. I no longer drink soft drinks. The flavors leave me satisfied and no longer desiring soft drinks. I tell everyone that I know how great they are.
