Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Having been a patient here for many years I am most dismayed to see how the level of service has diminished over time and recently with rude members of staff delivering a truly poor patient experience. I think most people appreciate the pressures placed upon NHS practices due to funding and staffing issues but this should not be an excuse for treating patients with such contempt, especially when the majority of those using their local doctors' surgery are unwell/infirm and subsequently vulnerable. Personally I will be looking to move from the practice due to my experiences, I can only hope too many others don't experience similar treatment.
