I paid for 4 months in advanced. Everything was fine until the server crashed because it ran out of ssd memory. It's a 16 RAM GB plan and with only 2.8 GB of space it was full. I opened several tickets and none were answered. I still can't run the server because of the space issues.

I had a 10 GB server for a month, I also paid for the second month, it worked fine till then, but after a few days of the second month, the server said " there is no space left on device" and stopped working, but i only used about 3 GB of storage, they promise unlimited storage and I know this is for marketing reasons, but 3 GB of storage for a 10 GB server???
They obviously gave me not enough storage, I contacted the support, but i got no answer and after two weeks they closed my ticket.

Avoid this host. I paid for 10GB of RAM and a "CPU Priority" addon, but the server stayed at 13 TPS with only 15 players. Support was dishonest, claiming "everything is fine" by testing the server when only 3 people were online. I moved to a Ryzen-based host with only 8GB of RAM and it now runs at a perfect 20 TPS with the same 26 plugins. Their upgrades are a scam. They will just make excuses or stop responding when you ask for a refund.

Ugh, the server’s been down for weeks and all I ever hear is excuses. I even told them I’m cancelling my service, but they’re just ignoring. Customer service is a joke—if the server’s up, it’s mostly fine, but the second you hit a snag they have zero info, take forever to reply, and pretty much ghost you.

I have been waiting over 72 hours without a single response from support, despite multiple tickets submitted. The server crashes constantly, has extreme lag, and keeps spitting out errors like "Can't keep up!" even when no players are online. It’s clear there is zero monitoring and zero technical competence on their side.

But the most unacceptable part:
The server was configured to start with only 128 MB of RAM, even though my plan includes 8GB or 16GB. This is an outrageous misconfiguration and a direct violation of what they advertise. With such a ridiculous amount of memory, the server never had any chance to function.

I also cannot access the panel at all:
"We’re having some trouble connecting to your server…”
You can wait an hour, two hours, a whole day… nothing.
Completely unusable.

The service is broken, abandoned, and unsupported.
They provide no fixes, no answers, and not even the world backup, which is the bare minimum any hosting company should deliver.

I do not recommend this hosting under any circumstances.
It’s a complete waste of time, money, and patience. Choose literally any other provider before signing up here.

I’m not very technical, so I had tons of questions when setting up my server. The support staff replied quickly and explained everything step by step. They even helped me optimize the settings for my world. Best customer service I’ve ever had in hosting!

An absolute scam. Server works for a few hours, then it goes own, then it works again, then it goes down for days. Even after several tickets, there is no improvement at all.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The server has been down for several weeks with tickets sent to them to review, however nobody has replied, and when you try to cancel your service... SURPRISE, YOU CAN'T. You can't even remove your card from the site or cancel directly, and trying to get a hold of them is impossible!! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I paid for a minecraft server a few months ago then canceled it, they later billed me for a server i canceled a month in advance and terminated it, after i made a ticket about it they didnt refund me my money after i was billed for a server i didnt want or use anymore they just gave me a new one and never stopped the billing attempts from happening. Just dont buy there are way better options since they just keep taking your money even without you knowing

They just sent me an invoice for a month for a server I cancelled within a week of getting it. I'd like to talk to these peoples' parents and see if they are like their kids doing this stuff to others. Would be great for my psych thesis.

We had been playing in a 16gb minecraft server for 2 months, suddenly the service was unavailable. I opened a ticket and they told us the server had an issue, that we needed to wait.

It has been almost 3 weeks, no solution, service still unavaible and they don't answer to tickets.

Server crashed constantly, and they dont give you the amount of ram they advertise. They refuse to cancel my service, to the point where they continue to auto bill me months after i told them to cancel. Ive have to file multiple disputes with my cc company. Despite what they tell you in their reponses to the REAL reviews here, there is actually no way to cancel the service yourself. Would NEVER use again.

I ran into an issue with one of my servers, but the customer support was fantastic. They helped me troubleshoot and fix the problem within minutes! Super friendly staff, and now my game runs flawlessly again.

I hired a server in theminecrafthosting.com 3 months ago, after several days I realized I had been charged 2 times, I claimed the money charged and they told me that I could not be refunded because I had to do it within 24 hours of payment.

I asked for cancellation in theminecrafthosting.com and also I asked the refund of the amount paid but they do not give me the option, they tell me that I have to talk to my bank and cancel the payments so that they do not charge me again.

On their website there is no option to cancel the minecraft server, there is also no option to remove the credit card once you have put it. The only option is to talk to your bank to deny any payment from theminecrafthosting.com

I have found out that most of the positive reviews they have are INVENTED. They have done this to gain credibility, but if you search the internet you can see all the people who have been scammed by theminecrafthosting.com.

Be very careful and do not hire any minecraft server on theminecrafthosting.com if you do not want to lose your money.

Outstanding service! My Minecraft server runs smoothly thanks to their excellent hosting. Highly recommended!

Server is Unavailable. It has been for weeks, and all I get is "We're working on this". Have informed them that I am cancelling my service, which they have ignored.

Customer service is appalling, support is non-existant. If the server is up, it's mostly fine, but god forbid you encounter an issue as they do not provide any supporting information, take ages to respond, and pretty much ignore everything.

There is no way to delete payment details either.

Overall, avoid this scammy company and spend your money elsewhere.
