Disgraceful and unreliable. Do not use this Company. The Natural Adventure Company cancelled my walking trip 3 weeks before it was due to take place. As I had already booked my flights I decided to organise the trip myself. This turned out to be very easy, successful and half the cost.

Natural Adventures offers timely, understanding, and comprehensive customer service, even when the client has bobbled their own details. We have only had the very best experience with the company. And that's not even taking their wonderful product into account.

This was our first ever cycle holiday so expectations where high. And Natural Adventure delivered with a vengeance. Everything was so well organised and friendly. Our contact at HQ Dalila was friendly, concerned and lightning fast in her responses. The trip itself was well designed to show you a lot in a short timespan but dayly distances where very doable leaving lots of time to divert or spent in the lovely overnight towns. The hotels ranged from cosy and homey to lavish and extravagant which was a real nice surprise at every end of the day. We will defintely be back for more! TNX SO MUCH GUYS!

Low quality accommodations. Poorly marked trails- some with lots of blow downs. Somebody needs to review the current conditions. A wonderful area- do it on your own.

Marvellous and cost-efficient organization. Very reliable maps and tour descriptions. Cosy hotels, very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Will recommend the tour in full conviction. Thanks Will!

We have just finished our 280 km/7 day cycling adventure, on the Portuguese Camino.
Thanks to Maria, from the Natural Adventure tour company and Jose, from Greenwalk Tours, our experience was fantastic.
The people, food and scenery were nothing short of spectacular.
Our luggage arrived at our destination on time, daily.
All of our questions and concerns, were addressed promptly and thoroughly.
We felt that we had great support if needed, at any time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short hike in the Cotswolds. The scenery was beautiful, jthe towns were interesting, and we met a lot of nice people along the way.

My husband and I just returned from the Assisi to Spoleto walk in Umbria. The service was first rate -- on day one, there was a slight mix-up with luggage (not the fault of the company, but a minor misunderstanding at the hotel). We received a text and call from the company while walking, even though it was a Sunday, and the luggage arrived at our destination without any hiccups. Each place we stayed in was special, the walking instructions were easy to understand, the routes were beautiful, the navigation app was excellent, the dinner that was included on the one night that was necessary was extraordinary, and everyone was helpful and friendly. We have been on three walking holidays and 8 biking holidays, all in Europe, and the Natural Adventure ranks among -- if not at -- the very top of that list. Dan and Nicole Neal, USA

Requested a quote for the Bike and Boat Tour from Passau to Budapest for July 2023.
