At the moment my experience is limited being in early process of property purchase. Georgina Merlini who is concerned with negotiation is helpful and seems ready to assist me with questions going forward which exist and will be sure to continue.

Emma Sandu was very helpful. She responded in a timely way and her service was very effective from start to finish.

Property on sale at £320k my offer of £318k was accepted. Cash buyer, funds verified. 24 hours later they told me the property had sold to a different buyer! This new buyer is in a chain! Go figure! Devastated. Are they crazy? Simply Greedy!
They gave me the figure of £318k! Apparently this is legal but unethical and very bad business practice!
Save yourself stress and heartache and AVOID

I am still in the process of purchasing a house. My initial dealings were with Armani and she was quite helpful with the initial processes. She was timely with updates and her handover to another team member was well handled. I am hoping things continue to progress smoothly.

Emma Wright was outstanding, helpful reassuring and so helped us with the awful Credas digital ID.
It took 5 people at the estate agents to get Credas to accept information, they admitted it is a nightmare for them.

I was a purchasing a property that had been part exchanged and so TNHG were involved in the process. They were very efficient and kept in constant communication to make sure everything went smoothly. They engaged effectively with my solicitor and from having the offer accepted, everything went through in about 6 weeks.

Ryan Summers assisted me with selling my Mums house, he found several estate agents and helped with booking appointments for them to visit for a valuation, he then helped me and kept me informed right up to accepting an offer for Mums house, he was efficient and professional through out, Thank you Ryan.

New home group have been great to deal with. Armarni who we dealt with was great communicating. Very prompt emails and everything was explained fully. She was always at the end of the phone or called back quickly. Thank you for a smooth initial communications.

Chloe supported us through sales progression in buying a house via the New Homes Group. Her excellent communication and customer care helped make what was at times a stressful process (especially when we lost the first buyer for our own house sale) a more positive experience. I would be cautious about using estate agent–referred solicitors. In my experience, the referral was associated with higher fees compared to the original quotation obtained directly, and I had concerns regarding the level of transparency.

I also felt that the process was more focused on progressing the transaction quickly rather than ensuring full clarity and balance for the buyer.

Overall, my experience of the customer service was poor, and I felt under significant pressure throughout the process.

The NHG handled the sale when I was buying my first house and they could not have been more helpful or efficient. I was really impressed. They worked hard with my solicitors to meet the very strict turnaround time we were working towards and I would highly recommend them. Especially grateful to Jess who handled everything and put my mind at ease throughout the process.

I only began speaking with your Georgina Merlini on my purchase two days ago. But in that short time she has delivered on all she promised to do up to confirming acceptance of my offer! I have been searching for a while and when someone starts by saying 'we are the best' and then goes on to deliver; I can only wish we had clones of her everywhere. Excellent work, Georgina! Our initial dealings with TNHG were a little bumpy, but once Harry Stoner was assigned as our main contact things went very smoothly. He was communicative and helpful, and just made sure that the whole process stayed on track.
