The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. Great product - poor customer service
Great product. Food tastes good. Website doesn’t work properly when doing orders on iPads. It’s doesn’t seem to be compatible and you can’t enter numbers of packs on the order form. Customer service unkind and unhelpful from the first 10 seconds of the call. I gave up and put the phone down and ordered on a different device. Not sure why she was so combative right from my first ‘hello’.

Been on plan since 13 March this year
In March my GP diagnosed me as pre diabetic, plus my undone hip has started to pain me and if I needed surgery on the NHS I would need to lose weight anyway. Today I’m 2 lbs away from a 2 stone loss. I have another stone to lose to get to my goal. Very pleased with my diet as I know that food diets don’t work for me as I can’t stick to them. At least with New You, I have 4 packs a day and an occasional NY snack. The best bit is my hip has stopped paining me. I have a diabetic review in 2 weeks and I’m hoping my pre diabetic diagnosis will have disappeared.

Programme wonderful - Support Limited and Poor
I cannot fault the food, delivery, choices, service or results. The first time I did this diet, I lost 3 stone in just under 5 months. However, I came off the diet inappropriately, as sometimes happens on these diets, and restarted. But, there is NO support outside of Facebook. Facebook is dated and hardly ever in use and no amount of trying to increase users to this dated platform will work. As a result, I feel very unsupported and alone this second time around where I find that I am struggling. The Facebook page does not allow for anyone to be honest and seems more like a contrived, scripted sales page. For this reason, stars reduced.

New You Plan
Got my most recent order delivered to my collection point I collected it yesterday.
I love the new salted caramel wafers they are delicious so I stocked up a bit on those plus a few more shakes too.
I have been on this plan since end of February and I was over the moon I lost 4lbs this week taking my total loss now to 5 stone exactly, still got a long way to go but I know I will get there one day maybe next year. I have even found a huge difference to my mobility not much pain I can do more trying to increase my steps as well plus I have started to feel great too like the "old" me is coming back slowly.
I am loving having shakes and shake ice-cream too with my jelly from water flavourings I have been managing to increase my water too especially with all these heat waves that we have had.
I was chuffed to bits to find myself in an email last week too plus got some points as well.
I love the variety of this plan wish you would bring back the rice pudding that was so delicious 😋 very pleased to have found this plan and it works I'm proof of that thank you new you plan.
