Contacted cable guy who promptly called at my property to quote and explain work required to wall mount a tv. Job booked in and on the day arrived promptly. Very polite, friendly guy who obviously takes pride in his work. Absolutely thrilled with my wall mounted tv and have absolutely no hesitations is recommending him. Would definitely use again if the need arose. Thank you cable guy!!

Having moved in April we had struggled to get BT youview working anywhere in the house fully, despite BT attending twice and also pretty much failing. Jon came, assessed the situation, gave possible solutions to our problem. We now have working TV's in the 2 rooms, with all channels we'd expect.. and BT sport for the husband. Thanks Jon. Our main TV was taking over 5 minutes to come on. The cableguy discovered the splitter wasn't working, he came back the same day with a new one plus some new cables and reset the system. The next day the same fault occoured on the main TV and he came back in just over 1 hour with an amplifier and did more tests to prove the TV had a fault. we now have a powerful signal in 4 rooms. His charges were very reasonable and the service 2nd to none! Ian

Good sturdy aerial fitted at short notice. Even assisted with request to fit chimney caps whilst on the roof. Signal as yet untested but fully amenable to coming back if there any issues.

Incredible service. I can't recommend The Cable Guy enough. Two separate handymen told me you 'Can't mount a TV onto plasterboard' Well turns out you can! Absolutely no problem for this guy - he even put in new sockets and hid all the wires. Reasonably priced, professional and extremely friendly. Thank you

This is the second time we've used John to do our tvs and as always he does an amazing job. Nothing is too much trouble and he does exactly what we want. As Always john is able to fit us in when we need him. We have just moved into a new build and you can't even tell where he's been with the cleanliness and neat work he has done for us. For weeks, I had been trying to work out how to get my internet connection to an outside garage, but had failed miserably. On a Saturday morning, I called the north east cable guy. Within an hour, he was at my home, and within another hour, my problem was solved. Polite, prompt, professional service and I simply wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
