Great service and beautiful product. Packaged and shipped expertly.

Looked for a good quality large weathered teak garden seat for ages - found it on The Old Cinema website.
Delivery was efficient and it lol segregation in our farmhouse garden.

The garden seat was exactly as described. Service was immediate, excellent and friendly.

Delivered in a few days, VERY well packaged. And it was in great condition, just as advertised on the website. Also had a great experience with the delivery team - went for the 2 man delivery and glad I did that.

The staff were polite well informed and helpful. The object I bought was authentic. The stock overall in the shop is attractively laid out.
My one issue is the lack of a lift as I have mobility issues but understand it is an old building.

I've used The Old Cinema several times for both small and larger purchases and from purchase through to delivery and any subsequent queries they could not be more responsive and helpful. I've never experienced anything other than first rate customer service. Our favourite furniture store in London!

We are very pleased with our unusual coffee table. It was protected well in transit. Couple of marks on the legs which are new wood but they will hopefully polish out with time. Would have been 5* if the communication had been better. Rang up a couple of times to see what was happening and then received email from a delivery company, not Old Cinema, to say date it was coming. Received request for feedback before it actually arrived, which is always slightly irritating.
