Always a good experience

There was a delay in the product being sent out to me. There was no communication from the company on the website. Or by email, I had to chase them up myself not the best experience for a first time buyer.

The replacement was delivered speedily but ...
The replacement was delivered speedily, though I thought the delivery charge quite high.
However, the replacement Papermate ink cartridge is just a bit too large in diameter to work properly in the pen, though it is advertised as direct replacement for the original.
It is too much trouble to return and ask for a refund, but if the supplier can provide a replacement that actually fits my Papermate, I would be truly grateful.
