Able to find an instructor and driving test in the short notice that I gave.
Driving instructor was amazing, communication was very good throughout.

An excellent service from start to finish. It took all the stress out of finding a cancellation test and was cheaper than a lot of the other (What’s App) options. The test is was booked and taken within a week of instructing them despite having no luck getting a date for over a month prior to that with other services. Thank you so much Pass People!

The Pass People helped me find an instructor very near me who was willing to do the intensive course I needed. I'm writing this after having passed my test first time (booked efficiently as part of my 40 hour driving lesson package). The Pass People are a bit more expensive than booking with a local instructor directly (I think I could have saved roughly £400 if I'd booked my hours with my instructor directly) but, in my case, it was worth it as it was proving hard to find instructors able to do intensive courses as I needed

I passed my test first time and I could not have done it without my amazing instructor Caroline. She is a great teacher and I have learnt so much from her. This is definitely the best driving school to go with if you want to pass first time.

Our daughter’s driving instructor recommended The Pass People to us when he heard we had struggled to find a test before she went away to university - we had found one but in a distant location after term had started. It was a bit nerve racking as we had to cancel the test we had, on the assurance that they would find us one in our local town within a date range requested & even a Friday/Saturday so we didn’t have to take time off work to take her. Once the brief was clear they found us a test at 10am the weekend before she heads off. Couldn’t have asked for a better slot & she passed!

What an amazing service and all the staff super friendly and helpful. With tepidation we cancelled a test for January with the promise by The Pass People we would have a test within 12 weeks. In 2 days they had a test date for us. Exceptional customer service kept us informed of every step in the process. Can't recommend The Pass People enough.

Had paid the money yesterday for a driving test and have just been rung today to be told they have found one in my ideal test date and location

I booked needing a test within 3 weeks of my booking, and The Pass People were understanding, and totally considerate of it, while they did manage my expectations, within a week they called me back up with a test!

They were very kind, and quick to respond whenever I had a question or anything to say.

If I fail my test, I will 100% be booking again with them!

My instructor-Rob was super patient and helpful. I only had 15 hours of practice before passing my test with him. I will 100% recommend him and the pass people :)

Good customer care

I wasn’t convinced that this was the right thing to do with my daughter’s test!
I trusted the system and within under two weeks two tests came up at the test centres that we had requested.
Can’t fault The pass people.
You need to pay more but if you want it bad enough this is the process you need to take.
