My order said it was delivered

My order said it was delivered. It was delivered to the wrong address. I did not receive the product and reached out to the company 5 days ago. I still do not have a resolution. I asked for a replacement or a refund.

My order was shipped early. Items arrived safely. Items were authentic. I emailed customer support about an issue, but no one has responded. I would recommend, but don't expect customer service should you need it.
