iPhone repair with hick ups

My iPhone 13 needed a new back side. To prevent possible issues, I decided on the spot to pay extra for an original part, in stead of the cheaper compatible version. Soon after pick up, I discovered Apple Pay was now out of order. How was this not tested before or after the repair? I could come by the next morning for a correction. When I came back two hours later, Apple Pay still did not respond, so I had to leave it a third time. It did get solved and the guys were friendly enough. But of course for a € 269 repair I had expected a more efficient service.

Bad experience

I give my labtop at Marnix .to fix the hard disk and I request to get the old data ,
He say well check and let me know by same day but unfortunately no one call .
I call the phone no which I have as per the call Center there is no details about my lab ,
And when I go on second day to Center he say he can’t fixed ,and when I ask him why u not inform from beginning

He said he did mistake while he take my
Details . But I can see now my mail there .
So really this not what expected ,

10/10 service!

Just had my Iphone display replaced at the PhoneLab. It took them 30 mins to do that perfectly, they also have 3 or 4 different options to offer for different budgets. The service itself and employee expertise level is truly professional. You can definitely trust these guys!

The Phone Lab has always been my…

The Phone Lab has always been my favorite company-fast, clear, and professional. I truly admire and appreciate your team. However, after visiting a different branch (Van Woustraat, Amsterdam) than the one I usually go to, I realised that my experience could be quite different.

I brought my laptop in for cleaning, with an appointment scheduled for 2 PM. The staff member at the branch told me that the laptop would be ready by 2:30 PM at the latest and that she would call me when it was ready for pickup. I walked around and waited, but I never received a call.

At 3 PM, I returned to check on the laptop. The staff member was chatting with a guy and didn't pay attention to me. When I asked if I could pick up my laptop, she told me to wait and continued her conversation. Since it was already past the promised time and I was in a hurry, I asked her again about the laptop. She then informed me that she couldn't open it to clean it because she wasn't very experienced and was waiting for another colleague to arrive in half an hour to assist.

I couldn't wait any longer, so I took my laptop and left. There are two things in particular that I find frustrating: first, when she realised she couldn't clean the laptop, she didn't call to inform me, which would have saved me an hour of waiting. Second, it's disappointing that when I come to the shop with an appointment made in advance for a specific service, there is no qualified employee available to perform it, especially with such a lack of attentiveness.

I lost a few hours and my commitment to this company. I hope to have a better experience with another employee or branch in the future.

Amazing excellent service

Amazing excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and my phone was fixed faster than they thought. They called when it the new cover was in and repaired it the moment I got there. They answered the phone promptly and were very friendly and professional. AMAZING!!!!! I have told sooooo many people to use Phone Lab!!
