I use the Pi Hut a lot and the range is really good and delivery is really fast too. I really recommend them

Currently, it has been amazing. I ordered the 'starter kit for raspberry pi pico (with pico h)' or something like that. I paid for royal mail 1st class no tracking, but they told me when it was dispatched which I didn't expect. i am just waiting for it to arrive. I ordered it today, so hopefully it comes within 1-2 days, since those are the only business days this week. It is definitely worth £10 (£13 including delivery fee) for all the stuff you get in the kit. I can't wait for it to come! 100% recommend so far.

Tracked my order from Cambridge to East Midlands last night then it stopped and has been there ever since. ThePIHut has no telephone number and relies on you making online enquiry that can take up to 24 hours. DHL were not much more help as they had no idea where my package was.
Absolute shambles as it caused me embarrassment with a customer.

Pihut made the mistake of using Royal Mail to deliver an advent calendar kit. Hopefully it'll arrive before Christmas Day as it was dispatched just in time for the strikes.

The buyer experience whether a guest or returning customer is amazing .
Smooth transaction pleasant staff via email/phone and quality of items is top notch.
Most important thing is delivery and this is done swiftly by Royal Mail. I ordered in the early hours of Friday morning and received my parcel lunchtime saturday.

Can't cancel order...

Maid an order by mistake and they don't allow you to cancel, just to make you pay for shipping + return costs.

They didn't send the item yet and I already sent msgs on all customer services channels.

Automated phone message telling you to email ( after spending ages searching to find number). Emails from me given automated responses. Caused me immense grief as son's birthday approaching and no response to where the product I'd ordered and paid for was. They eventually emailed two days before my son's birthday refunding money. No explanation. Thank God for Amazon Prime!
