My keyboard no longer works

My keyboard no longer works without being plugged in and I have numerous emails and one response asking for a video. I sent the video with the issue and what I can do next as I paid for the extra warranty - no response still and I have resulted in emailing daily until my warranty runs out in a little over a year from now.
Don't buy here unless you want to buy a new keyboard every year due to lack of support.

USELESS

The keyboard only worked properly for eight months, I’ve emailed the company 5 times no response. I’ve messaged them on Facebook 3 times. No response. This company is utterly useless. You hear nothing from them and the keyboard itself is just useless so do not buy from this company or use their products at all ever !!!

Scam!!!

Ordered at the beginning of August and have not gotten my keyboard. Paid for expedited shipping. Sent four emails and I am hiring an attorney to sue because I have not gotten it and no response from "customer service". Probably got scammed. Don’t buy from here

Worst Customer Service Ever - Buy Elsewhere!

I purchased one of their pretty retro clicky keyboards and key sets back in November 2023. Tracking did not update and I was to a point where I didn't think it was coming and had been scammed by another shady company. Purchase finally arrived December 22nd, but I found it wasn't compatible with my desktop model for some reason, so requested return instructions and a refund ASAP. Customer service was quick to reply with the details (and as others have stated you must pay for the return shipping yourself, plus they charge you a "restocking fee"???). I send back the item with Canada Post tracking (as they suggested), and confirmed that the item was received by them on January 16th. I followed up with the company to inquire on my refund, and now that I've returned the item, they are MIA and refuse to respond to me. Now I have no item AND no refund. Turns out I was in fact scammed by a shady company. With the return shipping I'm now out over $200 and I really can't afford for that. Hope they're all sleeping well at night knowing how many people they've scammed :(

Cute and unique keyboard

This typewriter keyboard and mouse combo is fantastic. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the mouse is precise and responsive. No more tangled cables, and the wireless connection is reliable. It's made my workspace clutter-free and more efficient. Highly recommended!

Completely useless customer service

Completely useless customer service. Ordered 15th July, now is the 27th and has not been shipped! 3-5 working days to post according to website, well it’s been 9 WORKING DAYS and still has not been shipped. Emails sent to customer service and every other email I could find for them and apparently they are receiving a high volume of enquires, geez I wonder why?!, and to expect a reply in 1-3 working days. Well it’s been more than that and I still have not received a response from an actual person. Thinking I will need to file a PayPal claim.

Horrible product and even worse service

I ordered a wireless mechanical keyboard from them. It was working fine for a few months and then wouldn't type. I sent the keyboard to them using my own money to send it back. They claimed it was locked and to unlock it, I would need to select win+ctrl+alt. They said they unlocked it for me and would send it back.

I never received a tracking number and even asked for it. They never sent me one. When it finally arrived back at my house, they decided that they wanted to finally contact me to let me know it made it to my house.

The keyboard was not unlocked. I tried the win+ctrl+alt troubleshooting as they instructed and that did not work either. I know it's not my computer because all of my sticky keys, toggle keys, and filter keys are turned off and it still doesn't work.

I contacted them multiple times over the course of a month and they never responded to me. They deliberately ignored my inquiries.

Please do not let the cute keyboards lure you in. The products are not reliable and the customer service is even twice as bad. I never take the time out to review anything but I am so upset at how they handled my keyboard issue when I have been so incredibly patient and understanding in the matter. It is absolutely horrendous.

I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and look at my options with small claims court.

Pretty Keyboards!!!! <3

I got my order correctly and the keyboards are really pretty. The shipping did take a while, but it arrived safely. Dont know why the rating is low. Guess only the ones who got frustrated would bother to leave a comment here. Overall still great purchase experience.

No response on incorrect order

I ordered and item and waited patiently for weeks before the item arrived. However, once I opened the item, it was not what I had ordered. In fact, it doesn't appear that what they sent to me is even an basic item option that they sell. Contacted the company to get this fixed the day I received the incorrect order and have not heard back yet. Their website states they will respond in 1 business day, which did not happen. Many other people have had issues like this with bad customer service. Hopefully, we can get this resolved but I am not optimistic given their previous reviews. The keyboard is nice, just not what I ordered.

UPDATE: I heard back from customer service the day I left a review. After a few messages where I again had to follow up for an update,they stated the keyboard was correct but agreed the key caps were not and apologized for the mistake. I was offered a $20 refund or they could send out the correct retro key caps. Although the keyboard is a little louder than I expected, I have been enjoying the keyboard but want the correct caps. The shipping on these will take another 4 weeks but it should fix my issue when they arrive.
UPDATE- I did receive the correct keycaps and was able to swap them out fairly easily. Overall, the keyboard is just what I wanted now that everything has been corrected.

Stay away

I purchased a keyboard from this company, and it broke with a month. I reached out to customer service and the requested a video of the problem that I was having. I responded to the email with the video and never received a response. Product reviews are filtered on their site or the posted reviews are fake and the review section of the site is not actually functional. I basically purchased a $140 paper weight.

Would like to retract my earlier good…

Would like to retract my earlier good review. The keyboard has statted falling apart in less than 6 months. I'm being told "wear and tear" isn't included in the 1 year warranty. I pointed out to them that it isn't fit for purpose and they are just not responding now...

Horrible Customer service

I placed my order on 7/26/2020 and have not received it as of 8/27/2020. Having reached out them several times, they only regurgitate the same tracking information that I can see - my package has been sitting in NJ for a week. They make no effort to investigate and just say "we're sorry we don't meet your expectation." Even with the postal issues and COVID delays, this is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service won't be ordering from again just want to receive my order.

Like the previous review, I have been waiting over a month for my parcel (ordered on 18th June) and the tracking says it's still processing despite me being told it's already shipped by staff. I have asked many questions and written many emails, many of my questions were still unanswered like who the courier is, but then instead of giving me compensation if my parcel doesn't arrive in 21 working days, I was told I could have 15% discount after already making it clear I will not be buying from them again!

The staff clearly are not on the same page as I spoke to all three members and they all told me different things. I just want some form of compensation and at LEAST a tracking number which I highly doubt I'll get despite being told I'd get it this week.

I am so frustrated as it seems like I cannot do anything. If I am left in the dark once again I think it would be about time to report the company to trading standards for false advertisement and the fact that my order hasn't been received in over 30 days.

The Keyboard is pretty good BUT...

The Keyboard is pretty good, and as described, but the ordering process and the customer service was a nightmare.

I paid for express shipping; if you decide to order, don't bother. From the day I received confirmation of my order to delivery it was 32 days. Despite the website saying "express" orders skip customs, it was sent back to them from the shipper "because of a customs issue" (according to the CSR) and that was after it spent the first of two 10 day stints sitting around doing nothing at the shipper)

All told the order spent 22 of the 32 days "ready to ship" and not moving anywhere.

Then when it got here the wrist rest was missing, and despite me having proof on the confirmation page that I ordered one, they decided to tell me I hadn't, because i had not chosen a color.

The confirmation page says I ordered a wrist rest (I have screenshots, I sent them to the CSR) they claim I did not because i did not choose a color, but their website won't let you add it to your cart without choosing a color, so clearly this is a technical issue on their end.

Also for some reason there's a "tipping" option, which I did do, you know, in the hopes the tip would actually go to someone there who did some work. But I am pretty sure it just made it to the pile of money where the "express shipping" fees go, instead of paying for express shipping.

I'm pretty annoyed at how BAD the service was, and I really think you can do better if you look locally or for a different company for clicky pretty keyboards. The only reason I feel they deserve the single star is the product is as described, it's clickety and clackety and very pretty... it's a shame they can't give the product the support it deserves.

All in all I would have loved to have been able to recommend this to my friends, but the reason they trust me when I recommend stuff is I never send them someplace with bad service, no matter how cool the product is. I would hate to find out they pulled this stuff on someone else.

So learn from my experience, find this product someplace else, cause this place does not care enough to provide Customer Service. You'll be sorry you gave them money, no matter how neat the keyboard is.
