Beautifully designed product and good service
Product arrived much faster than I expected. I bought two of the individual tea cups with a strainer and they are lovely. The red one was rather a different colour than it looked on the website, but I realise it's hard to show colours accurately.

Prompt delivery of well packaged goods
The site advertised that any purchased products would not be processed until 23/5/22 so anyone purchasing goods was able to make a choice. I did buy and my mugs arrived on the 26th very well packaged with minimal plastic. Vey satisfied

I like this company. Peter is very knowledgeable about tea: flavour, water temperature, brewing time etc. Pleased to be supporting a local business.
I gave four stars because I almost never give five (or 10, or 100%). No matter how good the service, there is usually room for improvement, no matter how small.
