Great service, boiler fixed and fully working again in time for the colder months coming in.

The engineer advised useful information about the setting of the boiler to avoid error pop-up, as well as get it working more efficiently.

Genuinely helpful and completed the requested work as agreed. Scheduled work within a reasonable timeframe. Limited payment options, card payments do not seem to readily available, just something to be aware of.

Used Thermatek for boiler service after they fitted Tado remote system earlier in the month.
Easy to book, they stick to the appointment. Time with 2 hour window given on booking. Happy with price and better than previous company used.
Would recommend. They went on to do my mothers service too.

Ryan is so fast to check my boiler next day. He is the first engineer I met so far to fully explain what the problem of the boiler is. Therefore I can estimate what is the ceiling price for repairing the boiler. After he has fitted the PCB to the boiler on the second visit, the boiler works again and no further repair is required. My tenant is very happy. I will definitely call Ryan again for any boiler issues in future. Thank you so much for Ryan!

Ryan and his team were very communicative throughout the job which I found to be a big stress saver. After the initial quote and work, there was further work required (waiting on a supplier callback) and I was kept in the loop and we got it resolved asap.
