A professional, helpful plumber/ heating engineer.
We have never used Ryan and Thermatek before. But overall it was a great experience.
He responded quickly to our enquiry even though we called him in the evening.
He juggled his schedule to come to see the job.
He arrived at the arranged time.
He was knowledgeable and explained what was needed.
He sent an estimate promptly.
Once we had accepted the estimate, he fitted us in pretty quickly.
The job was carried out as planned.
He left the house clean and tidy.
The work was completed well and the problem has been fixed.
He was professional from start to finish.
He answered our questions and was very helpful.
We have no hesitation in recommending him.

We booked thermatek in to remove an old gas fire and fit a stove cooker which required new gas pipes. Ryan was absolutely spot on and did an outstanding job! Also really great prices for such a high standard of work! Definitely our go to for any and all future work!
