Over priced with No Veg - JUST mostly MEAT or fish with Grease

No salad on menu - even as side order, or in any of the excessive burger options listed as having tomato or lettuce? BURGERS have next to no salad on them, as apposed to what is stated on the menu. Skin on fries almost impossible to see any skin on skinny MacDonalds type fries. Grease and more grease is very over priced now sadly. Fat chips best with actual potatoe inside SHOULD be an option on all dishes. What happened to the old great pub menu? A bottle of Merlot is now bad acid? LOVED this place, but left gutted - despite amazing staff and venue... Hope you can at least add some salad, even as a side dish option to fat on fat, with a bit of processed protein - chewy steak sub. Burgers of just grease, cheese and fish or fish fingers with massive greasy batter... Lentils seems the only veg option as a main?
