Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. You can gauge more about how a business deals with unhappy customers than you can when everything is going well. I received a serving board that I felt had been completely misrepresented, and was no use to me. This company persistently refused to see my point of view, or even to offer a tiny discount on a repeat order as a gesture of goodwill. Hostile emails from them left me feeling really quite upset. Not a nice company to do business with.

Beautiful grey stone coasters
The grey stone coasters are absolutely stunning!!! Great quality, really solid and well made. They look stunning on our coffee table. We will definitely be buying from The Rustic Dish again.

Ordered the natural edge personalised cheese board and it is absolutely beautiful. The grain in the wood, the shape and the engraving are beautiful, even nicer than the photos on line. Delivered quicker than expected. Well done

Very disappointed!
I wanted a bespoke board so contacted them to see if they could do it. They were very quick to reply and confirm they could and advised me to put the order through and they would bespoke. This wasn't done and now cant get hold of them. They don't reply so very quick to take an order but not resolve one.

You do NOT get what you see online
Ordered an engraved rustic olive chopping board as a wedding present as it looked lovely online. What I got was completley different from the images online. It was not at all rustic, looked cheap and like smooth polished wood. Could not have looked more different from the picture. Emailed them with a picture of what was advertised on their website compared to a picture of what I recieved and have recieved no reply from them. You do NOT get what you see on their website.

Olive wood chopping board
A 5 star product with 5 star service. I was panicking after a separate company failed to do as I asked. I then gave the rustic dish a tall order of a personalised olive wood chopping board which I ordered on the Wednesday and amazingly had by the next day on the Thursday all ready for a wedding on the Friday. Highly recommended this amazing product and company. I would happily purchase from them again in the future.
