Ordered a few items for my dog, all came excellent quality and I know they will last. Great customer service too

Had looked at this product for months and had decided to order one as soon as my pup had stopped growing.
Ordered the collar and I have to say it didn’t meet expectations with an absent and uneven contrast border. I messaged the company as soon as I received it to let them know how disappointed I was. Got an immediate response on a Saturday saying they’d let the saddler know and I was able to return the collar( I’d offered to send photos but they didn’t ask to see any)
The company place themselves in the premium range but unfortunately the product didn’t match my expectations however the response was good.

I ordered a dog bed 2 weeks ago with a one to two day delivery and haven’t even had an email to confirm the order however the order is on the account on their website and money in the bank is all sorted to be taken. Terrible service no confirmation or apologies for the delay. Will not be using again such a shame.

It was not clear to me at point of purchase that the large dog bed (I ordered two to compare) would have to be returned to Poland by courier at my expense. The website states that the return address is different from the one shown. Only when you apply for a returns form - there is none - the bad news is broken to you. I think this is dishonest. All good companies should have a returns warehouse address in the UK. I will not be using this company again and suggest you think carefully what you order and ask where it’s coming from.

I have bought quite a number of dog beds from this company. i was pleased with them, but now I cannot get in touch with them They don't give a telephone number or a postal address. They don't seem to do the lovely dog beds I have had in the past. Have they been taken over? I have my password written down but it rejects it, as well as telling my email address is not valid. I think I do know my own email address!! All this aggravation means I will not be in a hurry to buy from this company again.

Our dog absolutely loves her new bed. She looks so comfortable. I will definitely be buying a new bed for our other dog.

I was very impressed with the quality and the choice that The Stylish Dog Company offered online so I ordered a harris tweed collar for my Miniature Schnauzer. Excellent packaging and delivery, the collar arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped. I will definitely be making further purchases.

Having been told a dog throw would be made within 7 days a month later i’m Still waiting with no explanation given.......
