The Test Centre was recommended by a friend & didn’t disappoint. Clear booking instructions online. Very clean & professional looking premises. Arrived for my 1/2 hr time slot & the car was taken straight in. 26 mins later it was all done! I’ve got nothing negative to say about my experience.

Used before and will use again. Friendly and great customer service staff, I was early and I was still seen straight away.

I've been using this MOT centre for about 18 years. They are always efficient, it's never too much. It can get very busy as they do walk ins. The staff are professional from reception to testers. Would never use any other centre.

I cannot fault the service at the Dartford Test Centre. I was surprised to get an MOT booking on a Saturday at a convenient time, as I had left it to the last minute to book. There was no waiting time at all, and I was away with a pass MOT.

Excellent service. Very organised and MOT done and dusted in less than 40 minutes on a day where they had lots of delays. Efficient staff too. I won't go anywhere else now. They do what they say on the tin. Do your MOT for a fixed price with no surprise costs added on top. Thank you 😊

Thanks to Ian and Ray, the parking guy and the team in reception this was a painless experience. Communication before booking couldn't have been better and I was seen when I arrived a little early. My motorbike was made before Euro emissions regulations came in but it passed and is now ULEZ compliant.
Thanks are also due to Sadiq Khan for making me pay for the privilege of using my bike in outer London so that he can impress his international mayoral mates...

Took my car here today. The organisation was very good. The staff was helpful. Got a text message when it was ready. Prompt service. Well pleased.
