The food was amazing!!

A very disappointing order..I ordered a packet of french fries which is 400 g packet from received properly packed but when i cut it open the fries were rotten and moulded. At first i thought maybe the potato peel was still there but put all fries on plate n got more than 10 fries rotten n mouldy..the date of manufacture 13/12/2024 and date of expire 13/12/2026 but before expire the food is moulded and rotten..hope your company take follow on this

Ordered from them before Christmas. Order arrived and both items were incorrect sizes, they knew this and put a note in saying sorry.
Why would I want clothes that don't fit me?
Returned them using tracked delivery and notified they were delivered back by royal mail.
Now no one from support is replying to me for my refund! I'm down £140 and just want my money back.
Bunch of scammers

I ordered 2 hoodies from the site, received them and unfortunately they were not what I expected as the print was off and other errors where found out throughout the hoodie, once I sent back and tracked the item 3 weeks ago I have still not received my refund. Very disappointed and unimpressed. These are not cheep and I spent over 150 pounds on hoodies I don’t have.

it takes time for the order to arrive but i send them a email and i got almost instant responds. The quality is excellent and the design is fire!!

How on earth do you contact these guys. I’ve sent my sons Christmas jumper back 15th October and no exchange can’t find a customer service address. I’m so upset this was ment to be off his nan!!!! I’m guessing looking at these comments never order again!!! We’ve spent so much money previously with them and never had this problem

I sent my hoodie back and it was delivered back to them on the 26th October and I still don’t have the refund money. How long do they take ?

bearing in mind my name is katie, it was signed for by someone on 28th Oct name KATE. I never signed for anything, nothing was left at my property, no one else was home except me on that day and nothing arrived, yet it says delivered. 5 days later, no response from any emails, and I'm now £82 down, with a son who knows his getting it for Christmas now not knowing if its going to come at all, and they are now out of stock. so thanks.

Trying to return an item is a nightmare!! No return address anywhere and no reply to any emails. Will not be ordering again.

We lost a lot of money ordering clothes from Childish clothing.
They send the wrong size but wouldn't refund the shipping costs and the tax.
Don't order clothes here.... they are scammers

I absolutely love Childish, I love TGF but the state this hoodie came in was a pity. I love the aesthetic, it fits very well and it looks amazing, well, it did after I performed plastic surgery on it. There were more loose stitches/threads than you could count and one in particular was huge and had unravelled a decent bit of the interior sleeving. I was happily going to request a return and hope the same didn't happen- (I've seen reviews on TGF merch and it is usually all-round brilliant stuff) but I ditched the idea of returning when I found out the returns process requires a printer, which I do not have.

I have since taken off as many of the little stitches as I could safely do so and am hoping that the hoodie does not fray after being washed as a result of having to countlessly remove stitches which should have been done by the manufacturer. Again, I love Childish and I love TGF and I'd have left 5 stars if it wasn't for these annoying issues.

As far as the rest of the order procedure goes, it was great. I bought the hoodie on Wednesday and it arrived the same week on Friday, despite the site advising that dispatch could take up to 3 weeks.

Overall, I'm so sad I had to leave a negative review but it has to be said that if this happened to me, it can happen to you. And the returns process being so negligent to people who can't print documents really puts the cherry on top.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! They sent me the wrong size (so big that I can't even wear it) and didn't end up sending the size that I actually ordered. They only refunded the price of the hoodie and not all the other costs that I had to pay (shipping, duty/taxes). I lost over a $100 and didn't even get the product that I ordered. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the Childish line and have spent a lot of money on it but this drop has really annoyed me. I got the presale cause you know it's ment to guarantee I get what I want and I'm not too bothered if the delivery takes a while. I get an email telling me they can't send me the green sweater because they don't have stock and I'm baffled by this as I bought it in the presale which would mean someone would bought after me get the green sweater but I won't which defeats the whole purpose of the presale.
The solution I was offered is probably what pissed me of the most as the support guy offered the hoodie instead and some socks even though I had also bought the hoodie, why would I want two of the same hoodie and they are going to ship today. I'm getting a refund but it's still irritates me as I wanted that sweater.

Wow just wow, so I received a Red Childish Hoodie today, it’s a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I being an ageing lady thought that’s a bit pricey at 75.00 but hey that’s what she wants! And again wow it’s absolutely stunning, well made, the quality is superb, size looks perfect, fabulous design and the packaging is just beautifully done. I’m just so happy, she’s going to love it nearly as much as she love TGF.

i do love tgf an there hoodies they make the turbo hoodie did take more than 3 weeks but it was worth it because im inlove with the hoodie it so comfy i think it is my favourite but i give it 4 for the long wait

They deserve less than 1 star.

I placed a £300 order in support of TGF on the 29 August and still haven’t received anything. I have attempted to contact the support who were rude and blunt with their replies. They were very unhelpful and midway through email communication they have decided to stop replying despite my follow ups over the course of a week and a half.

Truly disgusting behaviour, they do not care for their customers and will quite happily dismiss your issues leaving you out of pocket and in the dark. A shame as both the guys are great to watch but lack the ability to run and efficient business. I will be seeking legal action against the company if they continue to refuse to reply.

Ordered a hoodie and jacket on the drop and still waiting for delivery. Have contacted TGF 3 times and been told the following;
1 Items are still in the warehouse waiting to be packed.
2 Delays are due to fuel and driver shortages
3 Management have told us all orders will be dispatched this week

Still no sign of these expensive items, yet the socks and T-shirt I ordered the day after arrived super quick!

Come on TGF, we have children here expecting TGF Christmas presents. Don’t let them down!
They haven’t grown up yet!!!

I ordered a hoodie and once it arrived I noticed that it was extremely large I know they are supposed to be oversized but this looked massive. I checked the size guide on the website and measured my jumper to see if it was right. Turns out they have miss labelled my jumper and it is 3 sizes larger than it’s supposed to be. Got into contact with tgf customer service and they haven’t helped at all. Telling me I need to pay to send the item back and then repurchase the size I wanted baring in mind the size i originally orders says out of stock. They haven’t help at all, every email they send is from a different person and it seems they have no clue what they are on about!!!
