Just trying to get tickets for pat Collins fun fair.
Just took all the fun out of it. Signed up and logged in but there are no events, no tickets, no search navigation. The only thing you can do on their site is look at the details you entered. There is nothing else in there. Can't even delete my account. All the contact numbers are fake and not connected.
Avoid avoid avoid.
Absolute nightmare.

There is no option for ZERO stars

There is no option for ZERO stars. I rang the number and waited 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES, NO ANSWER.
I sent 2 messages and the response was "sorry can't answer your question at the moment"

This is worse than disgusting !!

Disgusting Service

Absolutely atrocious service, customer service non existing. I had the ticket factory app and was concerned as my tickets are not showing . There is no customer service, the number on website is unobtainable and the email for customer service bounces back. I found my tickets in AXS app that they now seem to be using. I have had no notification to say they were in there, the same thing happened to me before years ago when I had tickets for Wembley arena , the company I used then did have excellent customer service and informed me they were in the AXS app. I just tried that AXS app by chance and found my tickets in there otherwise I'd still be stressing . I would not use the ticket factory again to buy ticket, I have never experienced such terrible service when purchasing tickets 0 out of 10.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am awaiting tickets to a concert which is tomorrow and as usual the tocket factory never send them. I am, then forced to run round using their contact sevices which are terrible trying to get my tickets. Now they are are owned by someone called AXS who seem to be eveni worse then them. I would advise you never to buy tickets from either of these companies as they have no customer care and basically don't cadre if you get to your event or not

impossible to get delivery of e-mail tickets, had copy of confirmation of oredr and money taken from bank account, but 72 hours later still no delivery of the e-mail tickets and it proved impossible to make contact with either the people selling tickets or NEC to get confirmation that using the proof of payment will enable us to gain access to the hall.

Wouldn't have given this 1 star!!

Wouldn't have given this 1 star!!! Making someone in a wheelchair after an operation prove they are disabled is absurd! Making someone in a wheelchair turn up at the venue to have the likelihood to be turned away due to no seats is disgraceful! People have accidents, people have to have operations but your care, compassion and consideration of people in that situation is terrible and actually very disappointing! A friend of mine booked tickets on ticket master, had the same operation as me and they couldn't be more accommodating by swapping her seat, helping her to her seat and generally making her feel comfortable. This company has left me feeling I am a burden and not wanted at the venue- a disgusting way to treat someone through no fault of their own!! I would actually love to be able to sit in my own seat and yet you have the audacity to tell me to turn up early to get a seat ... IF there is one and if not you'd refund me?! What absolute madness and terrible customer care- never heard anything like it! Thanks for absolutely nothing and thanks for being so kind and caring! I dread to think what an actual disabled person has to prove and hoops they have to jump through! To say I can have a refund without even resolving the situation is very, very poor! Hopefully won't need to be in this situation again! Also your live chat is rubbish, e mailing is rubbish a more personal and friendly telephone call would have been more considerate. Cheap and crap way of dealing with customers behind a live chat that actually is not live, having to wait ages for a response back and not even easy to find the link on your website- probably the worst customer service I have used! Very quick to take money mind! This was dealing with the Head of Customer Service too...

Frustrating refund policy

I can't get a refund for tickets that I purchase a few months ago for an event in over a month's time.

Maybe this is standard but seems ridiculous. Actually I have had refunds from other mainstream vendors before, so feels like this is a ticket factory policy.

I can register for an entirely different platform and then try and re-sell them at a potential loss though.

Will not buy from them again.

Restricted view seat not described ec

Bought Pet shop Boy tickets in the presale for the Utilita Arena 8 June gig.

Our view of the singers was totally restricted by lighting stacks on the side of the stage - there was no mention of a restricted view when buying the ticket - or on the e mail confirmation or e ticket.

We were very disappointed and have e mailed asking for a refund

Painful process

Spent whole day to book tickets to HOYS.
Something that should be a straightforward process was a very time consuming and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Great service

Ordered x4 Olivia Rodrigo Tickets the day before the Gig and was apprehensive when booking as they mentioned printed tickets, as the venue had stated mobile tickets only. I called the box office to check and they said it was fine as there was a cut-off for mobile tickets, so printed or box office collections were accepted for tickets after this time.

Once booked email came through immediately. I printed off the tickets and had no issues upon arrival.

One happy family :-)

NEVER BOOK AN EVE NT WITH THIS COMPANY

NEVER BOOK AN EVE NT WITH THIS COMPANY. The website this company use is a disgrace. You login and look at the orders you have purchased and it only displays an order number and the date purchased. No description of which event is for which order. Then when you want to find your tickets just before the event. It up there with trying to find Lord Lucan or Sherga. Why can things not be easier. Of course in the contact section there is now no way to talk to anyone only a section to make contact digiyally. Too many companies do this now and have now duty of care to the customer any longer. We are just a way to get money and then be dumped on to sort out problems with no customer facing staff.

Resent having to download an app onto…

Resent having to download an app onto my already congested phone, just to get my tickets to the RHS urban show. No sign of the tickets in my wallet despite logging in - going to chance it tomorrow when I visit and hope they accept all the confirmation emails as proof of purchase. Useless app, so convoluted to download and doesn't work well when you do.

I'm giving them one star too many

I'm giving them one star too many. The process to get the tickets is so complex especially when assigning the ticket. The assignee is forced to download their app to get the ticket. They keep asking to have access to my device, my contact list, my photos, my location. I click deny to everything. What's frightening is they say the tickets won't be available until the day before the event (in this case the RHS Manchester Urban Garden Show). What happened if there were glitches to the system and 24 hours were not enough time to rectify any problems. I would end up losing my tickets and missing the show and wasting the train fare from London to Manchester. Why on earth RHS wants to use such an inefficient and user-unfriendly apps to sell tickets?
