Ordered Armani watch 6 weeks ago. When it still hadn't arrived last week i got suspicious. I phoned them and they advised me it would be another week. I asked if they had the different colour in stock? They did! I asked them to send me it, thinking they was pulling my plonker. They sent it to me before 1PM the next day. After all the reviews i had read i took it straight to Beavercrooks to see if it was the real Mccoy. They nearly went into space when they found out what i'd paid for it, confirming that it was real. I guess the trick is to find a watch they have in stock and order it! If it say's out of stock don't order until it is back in stock. Thanks Watch Giant. Stu

Well I,ll tell the truth, I was quite suspicious of a company to offer me £80 of my sky hawk watch from citizen no other dealer matched their price. Phoned the company was assured the watch was new and genuine, I even phoned citizen. I was told order before 2pm delivery next day. I was impressed with the delivery the service the watch and the company. All I can say is I was very scepticale handing over £300 pounds but have no fear they are 100% brilliant and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and purchasing from them again. Go on buy it but buy it from this company and don't pay inflated prices.

We saved £120 buying our watch from your website. The watch also came the next day and we could not be happier. We haven't brought anything from thewatchgiant before but we have been so impressed by the whole process. We will definitely be looking here first before we buy another watch. Many thanks.

Ordered in 18/1 recived at 26/1 from england to greece for a AR4229 that a payed 220 euro.in greece for the same watchi had to pay about 500 euro.the watch came in PERFECT condition and excellent costomer service from MR.LEE.I recommend to all!thanks a lot!best regards.

Ordered my watch on the Friday before 2pm, it arrived on the Saturday morning, well packaged, as promised. Unfortunately there was a problem with the clasp fastening, so I emailed the company. I received a prompt and courteous reply, asking me to return the watch and saying they would replace it, if they agreed there was a problem. My replacement watch arrived within 10 days of my original order. I was impressed by the speed of the delivery and the professionalism in dealing with my original complaint. Order an ice watch in plenty of time for Christmas and with only a couple of days to go it has still not arrived. When ringing the company up on two occasions at both times they assured me that the watch will be here but still nothing has shown up. Would never order from this website again as it is extremely unreliable and gives you no option to track your package yourself!

I ordered Emporio Armani watch for my wife in London this december. Extremely fast response and delivery to our hotel. But watch looks like not а brand new. It did not have the protective membrane! And it is kind of disturbing!
