Beat another price I found for the TW Steel watch I purchased, delivered next day before 13:00 for free. Perfect!

Made an enquiry on a Saturday about a Tissot gents watch to ensure that it was genuinely still in stock. Out of stock elsewhere, but this website showed as having 1 left. The website also had a message saying the help/enquiry line was not availalble to due staff holidays. I tentatively sent an email enquiry, not expecting a rapid response, particularly on a weekend. I had a reply within the hour & after a further exchange, made the order. Sure enough, the watch arrived safely within 2 working days, as promised (on the Tuesday).
So, service was good. A pity that the watch itself had a faulty spring clip on the clasp buckle, rendering it useless which, needless to say was very annoying). As we were due to go on holiday on the Friday, I didn't have the time to send it back etc, but fortunately was able to get it fixed at a local Timpson repair outlet. That aside, very pleased with the watch (Tissot PRC 200).

I actually never ended up buying the watch as I had a change of heart but the service was still very good. Was a great value watch, i could see that and when I changed my mind I just called and cancelled the order, no questions asked, got my money back very quickly. Easy to contact, clear and precise website and very good value watches on the site. Did exactly what it said on the tin.

I ordered Armani watch for my husband on December delivery was so quick only next day but after 4 months watch dial broke and fall out I contracted back to Thewatchgiant, first I sent them by email and I got told could repair every Armani shop but I live in Huddersfield where is no Armani then I sent to Thewatchgiant instead at least I bought from them, customer service was excellent I got 2 years warranty but I needed to pay for replace, I didn't mind at all after I got the best service from them I do impress, everything seems reasonable everything is a lot cheaper in this shop, 100% authentic, excellent customer service I definitely buy more watches from Thewatchgiant.

showed the watch I ordered as being in stock, then had an email saying it wasn't. Annoying due to the fact they took payment, however, they were prompt to re credit my card when I asked them to, they seem like a fair company, just not able to keep the website up to date! But I personally would not use them again.
