I bought a lacoste watch and it arrived in a tommy hilfiger box despite being described as coming in its original box. It was for a present and I don't have time to send it back so now I have to go and buy a random box which doesn't look as nice and looks like I'm giving second hand gift!!! Will not be buying from this company ever again.....

Excellent choice of watches. I wanted to ' go back to basics ' with a watch that just tells the time !! And this watch does just that; the solar power is also something I was keen on. I prefer a bigger watch, and this one ticks all the boxes, but it's not too big to be overpowering. 10/10

I needed a simple watch for work, it needed to be small too as I have small wrists that tend to be drowned by most women's watches. I found this lovely little Casio, reminded me of my teenage years :) and is just what I wanted.

I was interested in a Tissot watch I found elsewhere online, so started shopping around to see where I could get the most competitive price.

The Watch Hut had the watch and had a temporary discount (I believe it was 15%) which beat all other alternatives. I checked here in Trustpilot to confirm that other customers were happy (they were) and so I went ahead and bought it.

The process was straightforward: choose item, apply discount, shipping details, payment... The delivery was fast, the item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I had ordered, so I'm very pleased.

The wrong watch was originally dispatched so I had to send it back. The customer service from Stuart has been good throughout. Impressed with the 2nd watch delivered on Tuesday and sending the 1st one back Friday afternoon.
