Faulty watch…
The watch we bought arrived and was beautiful but sadly was not working. However, it then did suddenly start working again. I have found responses to emails quite slow but once I heard from James I felt reassured if we have further problems these will be resolved.
As such I can’t give 5 stars so think a 3 star review is fair, as we aren’t sure what the fault was with the watch but just hope it continues to work.

I can see that we have been in discussion with you today and your watch is now functioning and I have had a further look into this. I'm sorry that we did not see your original enquiry, it is in the system but for some reason it was not replied to. So I'm sorry about this.
However we replied straight away to your second email which was sent today and we replied at 10am.
Unfortunately we then saw you had left a 1 star review after 12pm when you had explained the watch was now working.
We hope you can accurately adjust this review in time.
You will of course have a whole years warranty on the watch should you have any issues with the mechanism so please do keep in touch and we will of course help.

Really beautiful gift .. every bit of it exquisite . outer box . packaging . 'straw' . inner box made from bamboo and the watch itself is made to a very high quality and light as a feather .. the first watch I ever bought which came with a link extractor! .. completely made my day . thank you :)
An update on this after six months . The face of the watch became steamed up in the slightest humidity probably 50% of the time and around about the end of November the time adjustment winder fell off!
.. so my initial delight and five star review this has now been downgraded to two stars and I don't recommend that you pay £80 for a watch that lasts three months

Update : I am busy with work at all times and I did not contact the company I just threw the watch in the bin along with the exquisite packaging and the paperwork
In response to this review I have been offered another watch which I have declined . thank you anyway . A refund is the only thing that will remedy this and until one is forthcoming my rating is two stars based on the quality of the goods
