I love the watch
I love the watch, it is beautifully crafted and feels so good when wearing, no skin irritation as I have had in the past with various other strap materials. The service was quick and I was kept abreast at all times. Very impressed by the service, the product and the bonus of planting a tree too. Thank you.

Beautifully crafted quality watch
I bought the "Edinburgh " watch with the red face and it was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly.
The watch is stunning and people do comment on it, saying they have never seen a wooden watch before.
Just a word of warning for anyone like me with small wrists.
Usually when you order goods online, the pictures make the item look bigger than they actually are, which Usually leads to disappointment.
Not so with the wood look watch that arrived which was quite a bit larger than anticipated.
This, however , does not detract from the fact that it is a beautifully crafted watch

You had ordered a watch on at 21:25 on 23rd December 2024, where we were closed and had banners at the top of the homepage to let you know we were taking a short break and when we would be returning to work and dispatching orders.
You send us an email on the 30th with the following:
Do you have a delivery date for my purchase, otherwise please refund my money.
If I don't get a reply within 24 hours I will start legal proceedings to recover my money.
We replied within an hour advising the above of which you replied:
I ordered it before Christmas, and your confirmation email of my order never stated you were now closed at the time of ordering. So no it doesn't help. This is the second purchase of these wooden style watches I have brought. I'm thinking my next one will not be via your company.
You have a good day.
At this point we replied:
So sorry to hear of this! We have taken your comments on board for future improvement so that we can provide additional notifications to inform customers.
We shall have your order dispatched as soon as we return to work. I do hope you love the watch and keep us in mind for the future as we are always developing new watch styles.

As you can see, we have taken your comments on board. And we have actually invested in software which will provide further notifications throughout the purchasing process to inform customers of any delays should we decide to take a break.
I am still a little confused how our customer service and communication on this matter was very poor considering we replied on both times within 1 hour during a time we was supposed to be away from the office. In my opinion this is going above and beyond the level of customer service I would expect. We normally go out of our way to try and help customers. But I think on this occasion there is very little we could do to help you and wish you a happy shopping experience shopping elsewhere.

Wife bought me a watch for Christmas liked it so much bought a second one really nice watch defo worth the money looks great and super comfortable to wear first time I've kept a watch on all day for years even had compliments on it when out comes in a lovely box and you even get to plant a tree with every purchase

Honestly where to begin, the website was easy to use, the customising options were perfect, when the product arrived the care put into the packaging and presentation was incredible, the product was gorgeous, my partner loves it and overall the customer service team was a delight when I tried to review it back then.

Superb looking unique 18th birthday gift
I wanted a gift that was unique for my Grandsons 18th birthday.
I'd not heard of Woodlook Gifts before.
I stumbled across their website, and was amazed to see these hand made wooden watches.
I bought the 'polishstyle' watch for him.
It's a beautiful looking thing presented in a good tidy wooden container too. Woodlook also offer an engraving service, so I've had a small message engraved on the back of the watch.
100% worth every penny.
My Grandson loves it.
Delivery was within 7 days, even with the engraving done.
