Update: I emailed WVH about my lost package. they quickly re-sent my package and credited ~$5 for the set of samples. Very pleased with their response. Thank you WVH.
I ordered a box of samples on July 23, 2026. I have never received my package. SHOP doesn't want to tell me, and UPS has no record.

At least 7 boxes/planks have extensive…
At least 7 boxes/planks have extensive damage due to forklifts prongs tearing thru the boxes!
All dents produced white tears in the panels exactly where the boxes are damaged!

Communication was good
Communication was good, product was delivered on the day scheduled for delivery, although it would have been better if the delivery company called or emailed with a delivery window. It worked out because the contractor had extra people on site to help with the delivery but could have been an issue otherwise.
