Panels Are Gorgeous! LED Strips Have Confusing And Frustrating Instructions
Wood panels look gorgeous! Very high quality and great workmanship! Delivery was on time, as promised. Highly recommended! I'm only taking away one star because the LED Strips had the most confusing and frustrating instructions I have ever tried to read. Very poorly translated from Chinese. Hours of frustration trying to get them to work properly. LED Strip instructions need to be rewritten in plain English by a native English speaker. Apart from that, everything is EXCELLENT! I would buy from The Wood Veneer Hub again in an instant!

Great customer service .., not entirely complete with the install .. will upload pictures when complete, but the walnut hydro panels look fantastic! And are perfect for our project., we were concerned several months ago that the acoustic panels might not work well behind the tub..,at that time customer service let us know that the hydro panels were coming soon. Great service and quick shipping and loved the product. However, shipping was too quick. We ordered based on shipping and delivery time the rep quoted us, but it arrived 2 weeks earlier presenting us with storage issues based on other projects going on. Normally that would be great, but in this case presented storage issues for us.

Took almost ten weeks to get my damaged panels
Took almost ten weeks to arrive. That was AFTER I asked when it would ship and they realized the stuff was finally in stock and could ship the next day. Apparentlyvthey forgot about my order. When it finally arrived the boxes were all damaged and one of the panels was broken. Will never order from WVH again.
