Ordering, communication updates and items all excellent

Ordering was straightforward and sale extra 20% was very welcome as well. I received great communication at every stage of order, shipping and delivery. I am very happy with my purchases and looking forward to wearing them when I’m out and about.

Outstanding service

My bracelet (a gift from my daughter) needed to be repaired and I thought I’d have to pay for this which was fine but after digging out the original order we found it had a two year warranty, which was amazing in itself. So Thomas SABO took the bracelet back to Germany for repairs and I’ve just got it back looking brand new. Even the engraving (scratched and dull after a year of continuous wear) looks pristine. I am absolutely thrilled and I haven’t paid a penny. What amazing service for an item that didn’t cost the earth but is priceless to me. Well done Thomas SABO for outstanding customer care.

10/10 costumer service and jewlery

I usually dont write reviews but I feel like its needed after my purchase. Incredible customer service which not only helped me with recommendations but also with a small refund after another discount was added on the website a few days after I had done my purchase.
Best customer service I have spoken to.

And the quality of the jewlery I got are SO pretty. I knew they were gonna look good but it was so much prettier than I imagined.

Bonkers return policy

Bought an anklet on which the clasp unfortunately failed after a few months.

The return policy is hilarious.

Essentially, send the item at your own cost to a UK address, who then send it to Germany.

(Please don’t bother them until 15 business days have elapsed)

At which point you now wait for “several weeks” to be told whether they’ve accepted your return or not.

Thomas Sabo are very clear that there will be no contact during this period and the first you will hear is a tracking number if they choose to repair/replace and youd better not expect any other updates until they decide. How dare you?

I can’t be sure but it definitely feels like the warranty returns procedure is designed to discourage warranty returns.

No matter, there are other stores selling cheap-ish fashion jewellery.

Very good quality

The Thomas Sabo parcel was delivered by hand from my friendly postman and was very well packaged. I had ordered a charm for my bracelet which is nicely filling up and a pair of small stud earrings both are of very good quality.

I treated myself to this silver necklace and I’m so glad I did. It’s beautifully made, with a lovely shine and a timeless design that goes with everything. It feels high quality and sits perfectly when worn. I’ve already had several compliments – a perfect little self-gift.

I have previously purchased myself the anklet, worn it in the sea whilst on holiday and I do not remove it for showers etc it is still a stunning piece of jewellery not tarnished and still stunning ❤️
