I have bought really rather a lot of container and perennial plants from T&M because of their great offers, all have arrived promptly in good condition. The perennials are struggllng a bit with current weather but the container plants, particularly ready planted baskets are spectacular and much admired.

First delivery was lost. Second delivery plants one dead one only just alive. Then ran out of stock. These plants were supposed to be a present so embarrassing as daughter was expecting them. Have been dealing with you for many years.

With Thompson and Morgan are without doubt the best garden company i have had and the flowers i have had are making my garden look good. would not go with anyone else.

I've used thompson and morgan for years now, never an issue until now.

My latest order was supposed to be dispatched within 7 days, its been two weeks and when i ordered the plants they were pushing the last season to be planting them out and if they take much longer im going to have to somehow keep multiple large plants in my very small greenhouse.

They told royal mail they dispatched some of my post plugs from that order 6 days ago, so if they have done they will be well and truly dead by the time they arrive, however a more recent order was dispatched two days ago and is already in transit?

Quite honestly its been pushing me towards other companies and I'm now probably only going to use t&m for seeds/bulbs, aka things that can sit around for a while in a warehouse until they remember someone has bought them.

I had ordered a box of 6 Snapdragons,the first box had 3 inside that were very dried up.
I tried watering & feeding them, but no good.
I spoke to customer services who very quickly replaced them for me.
They were very helpful

Fabulous Begonia hanging baskets. Very well planted up and good healthy plants.They have and still are producing masses of large gorgeous blooms. I am delighted with them. Well packaged for the delivery. Nice easy to use website. Thank you.

If their is a problem with plants delivered, T&M do take the trouble to put things right very quickly.
Luckily, it is very rare for there to be any problems with
T&M plants.

Always had great service and if needed customer services always very helpful. I had a recent problem with Royal Mail delivery and registered a complaint and contacted customer services to notify them - I have received a replacement today. Thankyou. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered from you, but without my knowledge it was being sent to a former address in York. I sent an email to say the mistake had been made, but the packace was sent to my former anyway, and had to by forwarded to the correct address (which York had).

All my plugs survived have now bloomed my little garden looks lovely. Will be ordering in future .
