Delivered quickly . Good quality product as expected.

The white lavenders (I didn't know there was such a think)are perfect and were delivered on time. I can't wait to get them in the garden with my "normal" lavenders. I'm sure the bees will love them.

The plant was in excellent condition when it arrived and the notification saying it was on its way was very good .The only issue I had was when ordering it said dispatched in 24hrs unfortunately that was not the case and I had to telephone ,to be told there was a delay of about a week …..

Always fast delivery

My plants arrived well packed and earlier than expected. They were in excellent condition and ready to plant out. Now they are providing abundant colour to my garden both in flower beds and pots. I have used Thompson and Morgan for a number of years and never been disappointed. I highly recommend this company.

I've ordered from Thompson & Morgan a few times now and the service and the plants have always been excellent. Plants have always arrived healthy and have thrived. Brilliant company.

The Ordering process is very easy and deliveries are as soon as they can send them the Penstemon Wedding day were delivered at 9.30pm after being on a van since 11 am on a hot day and were very dry I immediately watered them but sadly 2 of the plants have died since. This is totally down to the poor delivery and not the usual high standard of Thomson and Morgan

The plants arrived healthy and were very well packaged. They were in excellent condition and are now thriving in my garden. I’m very pleased with the quality of the plants, my choice, and the great value for money. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I’ve made quite a few purchases from T&M throughout this year with winter pansy plugs still to come.
All of their plants have been top quality and arrived in perfect condition as they are packaged so well.
I’ve found the member’s subscription an excellent idea and have easily made my fee back by taking advantage of the many offers available.
I’ve tried a few other companies over the years but none have been as good as Thompson and Morgan; highly recommended.

Did not like the state of the plants one was not in very good condition on arrival stem was broken into replanted but did not make it

Delivery of my plants was terrible ,box was delivered upside down all the plants were bashed and damaged,not your fault ,I contacted Evri who are looking into it but was to.d to contact yourselves . Very disappointed as lupins, delphiniums and hollyhocks are delicate at that stage anyway .
I’ve still planted them and hope they recover ,I took photos .As i say the fault lies with Evri and they say you can contact them regarding the issue .

The packets of seeds were at a good price and arrived within 5 days,

Plants were a week in transit and when they arrived, in very high temperature, they were very pale and leggy, did not look very healthy at all. I have planted them but will have to nurse them to good health. Certainly not the happy, healthy plants I was expecting.

Delivered one item to old address after amendment to address. Two different o/no with one showing correct address but still got it wrong. Second item was intercepted by me while it was on it's way again to old address.It took 2 weeks to the get items from original order date after original order said dispatch within 24 hours. At least they got here safely. Won't be ordering again from here.
