Lovely cards

I’ve bought a few cards from thoughtful recently, the ones with the bar of chocolate in. They are lovely, great quality, have really nice graphics/images and were very well-received. They were delivered well within the estimated timeframe too. Great all round.

I bought a Father’s Day card well in…

I bought a Father’s Day card well in advance, but it didn’t arrive until after Father’s Day. Although the company offered to send a replacement, it was already too late, so I had to go out and buy another card myself. To their credit, they did issue a refund.

Unfortunately, I then made the mistake of ordering my daughter’s birthday card from them as well. Once again, it arrived late, forcing me to buy another card locally. Both the Father’s Day card and the birthday card eventually turned up over a week late.

I won’t be using this company again and would not recommend them. Even when ordering with what should have been plenty of time, the cards still failed to arrive when needed.

We do our best to ensure all orders are printed and sent out promptly, to give them the best chance of arriving in time for the big day. However, sadly a number of items can get held up by delays in the postal system along the way. We can only apologise for this. It's super frustrating for us as a business, as this is something we have no control over.

Unfortunately, when selecting 1st or 2nd Class post during checkout, this means we're not provided tracking for these items by the courier. As a result of this, it does mean that there's a bit of a limit as to what we're able to do once your card is in the postie's hands. That being said, for this to happen twice is really odd; it could be that there is a bit of a backlog of post within the local area. We're super sorry about that!

Postage Choice Not Available With 4 cards+

Great cards bit pricey. Reason for 3* is for me the saving made on offer 4 cards for £12 isn't a saving of £3.96, This is due to have to choose 1st class postage not 2nd class so the actual saving is 76p.

We're currently limited on the number of cards we are able to send via 2nd Class post with our partners the Royal Mail, which means we can only fulfil orders of 1-3 A5 cards for now. We can only apologise for this, we do our best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but sadly some cards can get caught up in the postal system along the way. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused this time.

Didn't arrive on time

Didn't arrive on time, 5 days late for fathers day. But the card is good quality and I will use again, hoping it's a one off

Great customer service

Cards are a very high and good quality and have amazing designs. Any problems I’ve had have been sorted so quickly and the thortful team is so friendly and helpful with issues. Order comes very quickly too.
