Awful customer service
Ordered multiple times without any issues. Added socks to my father day "card" and to save costs they just print the "card* into a box! After multiple attempts to try and sort this the customer service was very rude and unhelpful and refused me a refund!

It was never delivered
It was never delivered? Nor did I hear anything about any issues from thortful with the delivery so couldn’t fix and problems I.e. with the address or something like that. So now I’ve paid for a Father’s Day card, it’s now Father’s Day, and I have no card.

We're really sorry to hear your card has not arrived just yet. Your order was sent out via First Class post with our partners the Royal Mail. This is an estimated next day service, but they do admit a small number of items can take up to 3 working days to arrive.
We can only apologise for this, we do our best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but sadly some cards can get caught up in the postal system along the way. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused this time.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service,ordered my partner a father's day card but it never arrived, emailed them to ask if there was any way they could track it to see if it was on route or lost .
Unfortunately they couldnt check but instead offered me a full refund or another card sent out , chose to have another one sent out and they dispatched same day !
Unfortunately royal mail are very unreliable so still not sure if it will turn up on time but the swift way they handled the issue on there end really does show how much they care about customer service
Should possibly consider moving to a different courier service

Pretty poor…card arrived with no…
Pretty poor…card arrived with no envelope & was bent as wasn’t delivered in a protected envelope like other apps use. Also pretty poor quality. Postage not cheap either! Left with a card I can’t send & wouldn’t want to anyway looking at it. Have to buy another. Won’t be using again. Will go back to moonpig.
