I sat down with Jenny, who was incredibly helpful and patient, and she got me set up with the perfect SIM card for my daily routine. I had a situation where I lost my phone…
I had a situation where I lost my phone but unable to claim my insurance for my phone. My insurance needed a proof of usage for my sim but couldn't rovide it because my sim wasn't registered (pay as you go).
Sangita brought up the most brilliant idea of supporting me to move my lost pay as you go sim to a contract. With this, I was able to retrieve my sim and at the same time get a proof of usage. Big shout out to Sangita.
